I've had two different bikes repaired by Frank now, and I'm completely satisfied. He's incredibly friendly and very flexible, works quickly, and is truly passionate about his work! He tries to repair anything that can be repaired, and if something needs to be replaced, it really does. He doesn't try to make money off new parts; quite the opposite. I feel very well taken care of here, whether it's for a major repair of my old, regular bike or after a minor accident with my e-bike. I can wholeheartedly recommend this workshop!

At the beginning of the year, I bought a new hardtail. I adjusted it and rode it a few times, but it quickly became clear that we weren't a perfect fit yet. Quite the opposite of my e-gravel bike. But even that definitely had room for improvement. So, for Easter, my wife gave me a voucher for a bike fitting with Frank. A quick WhatsApp message to Frank, and I quickly booked an appointment. As soon as the front door opened, I knew I was in the right place. Frank is extremely personable and authentic. He took a lot of time with me and measured me thoroughly. Using the data he collected, he optimized my gravel bike and then my mountain bike. That was a bit more time-consuming than I expected. BUT: it was so worth it. I noticed the differences on the very first ride. Now we, too, were a perfect fit. I'm absolutely satisfied and can highly recommend Frank's Fahrradkeller.

Great service and very fast: I was having problems with my derailleur and asked if I could bring my road bike in the next day. Frank took a look at the bike the next day and told me what needed to be done. He then immediately ordered a replacement part and repaired and adjusted everything. The bike was ready the very next day. Not only was the service fast, but everything was also working perfectly again. I'd be happy to do it again!
