The guys are incredibly dedicated and friendly. They have a good selection of nearly new e-bikes and very fair prices. It's great that they also have their own workshop. We bought two trekking bikes and can wholeheartedly recommend HX Bikes.

A fantastic dealer for buying used e-bikes 🚲 with an absolutely excellent price-performance ratio. Highly recommended 👍. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. All the important functions of the bike were explained thoroughly on-site. A diagnostic report and even an update to the latest software version of the Bosch Smart System were printed out and installed immediately before I purchased the bike. Online inquiries about the bike I found on classifieds were answered quickly. The bike was ready for viewing and a test ride at the agreed-upon time. Thanks again for the smooth transaction and the great e-bike.

I bought a Cube e-bike from this retailer based on their good reviews and attractive offer. The purchase was made online, payment and shipping went smoothly, and my inquiries were initially answered quickly. The bike was delivered by a freight company, but the front chainring made a lot of noise from the start. After contacting them, which was already somewhat slow, they offered to take the bike in for service, with the repair costs covered. We eventually agreed that I would replace the chainring myself to keep costs down, and the retailer would cover the cost of the part. Only after several inquiries and setting a deadline was the invoice finally paid. Then came the next problem: When trying to register the bike in the Flow app, it turned out that it was still registered to another owner. Even after several unanswered emails, I finally received confirmation that the problem had been resolved and that I could now register the bike – but unfortunately, it still doesn't work. If the retailer was indeed the rightful owner, activating the bike shouldn't be a problem, but apparently it is. The problem persists. I also don't have an original invoice from Cube, so I can't properly prove ownership to Cube's service department. To resolve the issue, the retailer said they would find me a local dealer to take care of it, but that's where it ended. So, if you're looking for a reputable dealer with competent service, you've come to the wrong place.

We bought a barely used e-bike from HX at a great price and even ordered it sight unseen via mail order. "Sight unseen" isn't quite right, though, because when we asked, we received additional photos and always received quick and friendly responses. The contact was also very friendly over the phone, and everything was explained in detail. Perfect handling with overnight shipping, including tracking. Highly recommended, and we'd happily use HX again for our next bike!

Excellent e-bike service at fair prices I had two e-bikes serviced at this bike shop and I'm absolutely satisfied. Scheduling an appointment was smooth and reliable, and the staff were always friendly and professional. All work was carried out expertly and meticulously. I'd especially like to highlight the transparent pricing: every item was clearly explained, and minor adjustments were made immediately and without any fuss. A thoroughly pleasant experience – I'll gladly bring my bike back here!

I bought a used gravel bike there in very good condition. I had plenty of time to inspect the bike and try it out. The salespeople are very friendly and helpful. As a small gift, I even received a great bike cleaning kit. I'm completely satisfied and can definitely recommend the shop!

Great company offering good deals on ebikes. I spoke with them briefly on the phone, sent through the money and the bike was delivery exactly as described and within 2 working days of payment. Couldn't be happier.

Very friendly and extremely competent advice. I never felt pressured to buy anything; instead, they were very dedicated to finding the perfect e-bike for me. I test-rode several bikes, and after I made my choice, they even made a few adjustments on the spot – top-notch service! Excellent value for money! They even checked the bike's data; there were no error messages, everything was perfectly transparent. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop!
