Fantastic! I stopped by briefly on Saturday to ask when he could fix my flat tire. It was done immediately, including a brake check. The rear brake was worn down. He even fitted a new disc and pads. Now that's what I call service! Thank you so much! I was able to take my bike on vacation with me. I now have a new favorite bike shop!!!

Expert advice. Senior boss Fritz is a motocross legend and the best mechanic around. He says what he thinks and is genuine. His son Nico is a calm and collected guy who handles sales and customer service very well. Fair prices!

Here, the customer truly is king! I haven't had an experience like this in a long time. I bought a bike on sale here and had some special requests, which were easily implemented and at no cost to me. Unfortunately, I live 200 km away. However, there's a "risk" that I'll buy my next bike here as well.

First-class advice before purchase. When assembling the bicycle, the buyer's wishes are taken into account, although not everything will be agreed upon. Before collection, measurements are taken to ensure that cycling is enjoyable for a long time and doesn't become a nightmare. This allows for adjustments to items like the saddle, grips, etc., if desired. At Köbele Cycling, the customer is still treated like a person.

A fantastic family-run bike shop! I've been a customer there since I was a teenager, and when I was looking for a bike for my partner, we found what we were looking for here in just a few minutes after visiting several other "big" retailers, thanks to the competent and friendly advice. 🍀✅THANK YOU again✅ I myself received excellent service with my e-bike (a brand they don't carry and therefore didn't buy there). Both the owner and his employee were very friendly and gave me expert advice. I'm completely satisfied. 🤗✅ Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend them! ✅

Always excellent advice and service. We've bought many bikes from Köbele. They always have a good selection. Unfortunately, it didn't work out this time because our frame sizes weren't in stock and the bike manufacturer responded too slowly (a week without any feedback), and we didn't want to wait that long. A shame. But I hope to be able to use their excellent service again in the future.
