After extensive discussions and test rides with various cargo bikes, we bought our longtail (tern GSD) here. The advice and workshop service is excellent and has become truly rare and valuable. As a hobbyist who tinkers with my own bike, I've received good help in the workshop to help me get started. So, I get the parts and tips for the little things here. Anything I can't (yet) do myself, I get professionally repaired here at fair prices. It's also particularly worth mentioning that Fahrrad Hoss services all brands and makes, even older and more exotic models. Sustainability also plays a major role for the owner. Even if something is still usable, they recommend using it for a while longer until it really starts to wear out. That's more than honorable and makes me a regular customer!

I had a flat tire nearby, so I stopped by on a whim. The owner immediately took the time to change the tire, all at a fair price. It wasn't a big job, but friendly service isn't something you can take for granted these days. They also offer repairs, not just for cargo bikes.

Fantastic workshop! At a time when every other workshop is shouting, "You bought the bike from us! Bring it back in three months, we don't have time before then,"... a friendly man stood before me, clearly very busy, and despite that, he offered to let me leave my bike and repair it. Not only that, but he took the time to explain how to fix my problem, so precisely and in such a layman's terms that even I understood it and was able to fix it at home. Thank you so much! 🙏🏽👍

A fantastic workshop that also has a soft spot for older bicycles. Accurate and honest explanations. Professional work. Very friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. Minor problems are often fixed immediately. They even screwed my bell into the correct position during the service! :) The best workshop my mountain bike has ever been to. I highly recommend them!

I'm thrilled! Today was my first time there, after three bike shops/repair shops had turned me away or couldn't fix it. But here I received immediate help and my bike was fixed in 10 minutes. Competent, friendly, helpful, fast, and fair prices. I've found my go-to shop. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!

I strongly recommend Radheke to everyone! I had bicycle accident yesterday. Weird noise was coming from my bicycle and I decided to go Radheke to check it. But I lost control and fell down when I was on my way to Radheke. I directly went there after accident because I was very close. I was crying when I went there and someone helped me with medicine. After he took care of me, he fixed my bicycle and gave me advices. He didn’t even ask for money(!) Thank you again for everything. You’re the best!! :)
