Fast and exactly as expected. The guys took the time to discuss everything in detail and completed the job at a fair price. Installed a new stem, shortened brake lines, cut the steerer tube, and wrapped handlebar tape.

After being bitterly disappointed by the bike shop where I bought my bike, and everything going perfectly from start to finish, I politely asked Radax if they could quickly adjust my gears before my cycling holiday. And it worked super quickly, just as agreed! So, Radax is highly recommended! This will be my regular shop from now on!

At this location, you'll always find a friendly and knowledgeable team in a more informal atmosphere. Here, you'll receive excellent advice on all aspects of your bike, and any necessary repairs or services are discussed individually and usually completed promptly. Since our family now owns a large fleet of various bikes, we greatly appreciate the personal interaction and feel that our bikes are in excellent hands.
