A highly recommended company! The items I selected from the shop arrived quickly and well-packaged, right at my door. Ms. Berg (the owner) responds promptly to email inquiries and is always aware of the availability of her products. The selection in the shop is large and exceptional. I found my Retina-Lock sight for my compound bow here, which is only available from Chinese sellers on other well-known platforms (and may incur customs fees). I will definitely remain a regular customer! Thank you.

I ordered two new bowstrings (replacement cables and a string for my Bowtech Assassin compound bow). The first one arrived yesterday; I installed it right away and it fits perfectly. Communication is also really good! I will definitely order from here again.

Poor service, or rather, no service at all. I think this seller doesn't want to make a sale. I've been waiting for a recommendation for months. Too bad, I'll just have to find another shop. (Edit, since the reply function isn't working: Of course, I contacted you by email, as I asked for a recommendation, and I've been waiting for a reply since November 8th. You asked for patience—how much patience, exactly? No offense, but as I said, there are online retailers who actually offer advice and want to sell you something.)

Absolutely recommendable – competent service and the delivery time was perfect. I really have to mention that the so-called big retailers were completely unable to get my bow in stock (or had a 10-month delivery time). They made that very clear to me in a very unfriendly manner – which led to three cancellations. With Martina Berg: Order – bam – everything's there. So folks, if you need something – you'll get it there!

Unlike other online shops, questions here are answered personally, quickly, and competently (in my case, even on weekends). I never felt that the focus was on sales, but rather on the customer. The prices are also reasonable compared to larger retailers. Delivery was prompt. From my perspective: 100 out of 100 points.
