I had my gravel bike completely serviced by Stefan at Bike Service SBS and I'm absolutely thrilled. The service included: bleeding the brakes and replacing wear parts (pads and rotors), replacing the chain sprockets, adjusting the gears, servicing all the bearings, and a general check-up. Everything was done super professionally and, above all, incredibly quickly. The whole process was totally straightforward and pleasant – exactly how you want it to be. You can immediately tell that someone with expertise and passion is at work here. A definite recommendation, I'll definitely be back! 🚲💪

I was having problems with the SRAM AXS drivetrain on my Propain Sresh. After searching for a Propain service center, I found Stefan on their website. It was such a stroke of luck to have such a friendly and competent expert nearby. He took care of everything to my complete satisfaction and without any red tape. Finally, my bike is shifting like it should again!

I found out about Stefan when I was looking for service centers on the PROPAIN website. Offering this was a smart move by PROPAIN. And getting Stefan on board was definitely a stroke of luck for everyone involved. He perfectly embodies the "mechanic next door." He's a biker himself and rides the same brand. So the half-hour drive wasn't a problem for me, especially since Stefan was incredibly flexible with scheduling an appointment. His experience and expertise are outstanding, and as a customer, you're right there in the workshop, chatting about bikes. A very pleasant experience, thank you very much.

A fantastic workshop: I've been there several times with my Canyon Roadlite:ON 5, and Stefan was always incredibly passionate, helpful, competent, and fast. That's how it should be. Absolutely wonderful. And what could be more important than bikes that run perfectly? :-)

The advice is great; Stefan really takes his time. I was there for an inspection of my Propain Hugene and wanted to have my brake system upgraded. As I said, the advice was top-notch. The service and quality are also excellent. I had a full service, including fork and shock service, plus new brakes. Simply outstanding value for money. I'll be back and can recommend this small but excellent workshop to everyone.

I've had the opportunity to experience Stefan's bike service firsthand on several occasions. Even when my gear cable snapped, I was able to drop by spontaneously within minutes – absolutely hassle-free!
