Warning ‼️ about the company "Die Fahrradwerkstatt" in Asperg, a service partner of Prophete The owner was contacted by phone several times over a period of two weeks, and requests for callbacks were also left on the voicemail, but no callback from "Die Fahrradwerkstatt" was received from the owner or an employee. The voicemail also gave no indication of whether the company was open or closed. By the way, I saved the call log via screenshot 😉 After I demonstrably couldn't reach the company for two weeks, I contacted Prophete and asked about the next steps regarding my warranty repair. I didn't even say anything negative about the company. Shortly thereafter, I received several very, very rude emails from the owner, the last of which even called me a liar. I responded to the owner politely and clarified again, objectively, that I hadn't left anything negative about him or his company at Prophete, but he attacks me so aggressively that it's baffling. You can have a bad day, but if you become increasingly aggressive and hostile, it's simply not possible. You'll look in vain for insight here. This company, or rather the owner, obviously doesn't understand the terms "service provider," "friendly," or "service," or even has never even heard them, and his tone is so abusive that it's baffling, even though I haven't done anything to him. The owner should really be aware that such abysmal behavior ends up on the internet in no time these days. Who pays the owner's salary… the customer, right? The owner's behavior is an absolute no-go. The company is unavailable, doesn't respond even when you request a callback, and consistently blames the customer in the most outrageous way possible. Too bad for them that they've now submitted this in writing via email, because it's all easily published online! When I have a bit more time, I'll prepare everything, make a video post with screenshots, and publish EVERYTHING on all current social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Snapchat, Facebook, etc.) to demonstrate how customers are treated by this company, what the company's SERVICE philosophy is, and what to expect... Prophete has rejected your order for the reasons we have already explained to you several times. We could publicly detail the exact reasons here, but that would probably not be in your interest. We were always available and friendly. Under the circumstances, the simplest solution would be to collect the bicycle, pay the accrued storage fees, and not contact any other Prophete service providers, as they are already aware of your case.

Very friendly service. I forgot my pump and was able to inflate my tire here for free. Unfortunately, they didn't have a 29" tire in stock, otherwise I would have bought one.

Fast, honest, and helpful service. My circuit had stopped working. A quick on-site test and a helpful tip allowed me to fix it myself. I'd gladly come back again.

Excellent service. It was a warranty repair because the rear brake on my wife's e-bike was defective. The entire brake was professionally replaced with a new one. The agreed-upon appointment was kept for the pickup, so we can now go on holiday with peace of mind. Thanks again!

The bike shop didn't fulfill the order: He was supposed to put a new rear wheel on it and said he'd call me when it arrived. When I was supposed to pick up the bike three days later, the old one had a new tube and tire on it. The wheel with the 'cracked rim' hadn't been replaced. The new wheel I ordered was in stock with my phone number. I paid too much for it. I now have to take my bike to another repair shop because the rim is too thin!!! Yesterday I went to another bike shop. This shop confirmed what I said four months ago and carried out or corrected the repairs to my complete satisfaction. And I paid less. Thanks to the shop 👍

Please accurately describe the situation: The repair was carried out as agreed. You were also informed that the new wheel has a certain delivery time and can only be installed later. The new inner tube and tire on the old wheel are, as agreed, only a temporary solution until the new wheel arrives, and this was also agreed upon with you. You do not need to take your bike to another workshop, as the transfer from the old to the new wheel is already included in the price.<br><br>Finally, you also seem to have forgotten all the other repair components (kickstand, brake pads, etc.).<br><br>Addendum: If you don't address the situation, despite being asked to do so, and don't return when the correct replacement part arrives (due to the current global supply chain issues), then nothing can be repaired.

Excellent and helpful bicycle repair shop. I highly recommend it. They repair all types of bicycles. They also sell very good used brand-name bicycles.
