Unfortunately, this was very unprofessional. We received several conflicting statements regarding the completion of a flocked top. First, it was supposed to be finished within an hour, then we were told it wasn't possible due to a system problem, then it would be ready for pickup on Tuesday, and then again on Wednesday. Internal communication within the team seems uncoordinated, and promises are not kept. This is not what one expects from customer-oriented service.

As you described, there was a technical problem when you were there. Unfortunately, the system error couldn't be resolved immediately, and we had to wait for IT support. Due to the unexpectedly heavy snowfall on Monday, not all of our employees were able to come to work, which led to another postponement. I bought a hiking backpack today, even though I only wanted to browse. After having already been to three other shops, Ms. G.'s advice was perfect and exactly what I needed. Her advice on other items was also excellent. Highly recommended. I would definitely go back! Thank you so much!!!!

I've usually always found what I was looking for here... yesterday, a helpful employee approached me, but was called away to the cash register in the middle of our consultation and, contrary to her promise (I'll be right back), didn't come back... so I just left 🤷🏼♀️ Bad luck!!

A wonderful sporting goods store with a wide selection of goods. It's even better since the renovation. The staff is friendly, always willing to come up to you, ask questions, and offer advice. I've bought a lot of items for myself and my family. But most of all, I love discounts and sales. So I wait for the right moment ✌️👋
