Three weeks ago I bought an e-bike. Ms. Häbich gave us excellent advice. She let us try out several bikes and provided us with a lot of information. In the end, of all the bikes we tested, it was the second one we bought. The administrative process, together with Ms. Koch, was also very smooth. We picked up my e-bike yesterday, although we could have picked it up two weeks ago. This process was also handled very well by both colleagues. I just tested the bike on a ride. It's the perfect bike for me. Thanks to the Veloland team!

An expired €50 voucher was no longer accepted. I understand that this is legally permissible, but I still find it very disappointing coming from a local specialist retailer. The €50 had already been paid and was in the till. This is not what I call customer service. I will not be shopping here again in the future.

As every year, we took our bicycles in for their spring inspection. Upon arrival, they were briefly checked visually for defects, and later thoroughly inspected in the workshop. As always, we are very satisfied with the friendly and efficient service at a reasonable price!

I had my e-bike serviced. When paying, I tried to redeem a voucher I had previously received by mail from Veloland Urban. Apparently, it wasn't valid for leased bikes. The letter contained several vouchers. Two of them explicitly excluded leased customers (for purchasing a new bike/e-bike). The €20 inspection voucher didn't. It was only supposedly invalid for "other brands." Nevertheless, it wasn't redeemable. I'll make the world my own. Never again. Thanks for nothing.

I had a complete spring inspection done. It was a complete waste of money! All my comments about problems with the gears were ignored, and otherwise, they barely glanced at the bike... it was a joke. I'll never go there again and will buy/have my family's bikes checked elsewhere in the future. A rip-off.

It's an assumption that we only glanced at the details. When exactly were you supposed to have been to our workshop? Simply writing a review without factual accuracy is not acceptable. I gave the store one last chance today. Unfortunately, I regret doing so... I've had several bad experiences here before and even vented my frustration via email. So I can only chuckle at the responses to the reviews here. Save yourself the email; the manager isn't interested in your complaint and won't reply... The previous problems involved one instance with customer service and another time when I was looking for a spare part for a helmet. Of course, they didn't have the part, and I was told to buy a new helmet... After five minutes of online research, I ordered the part for €7.50 and installed it myself in ten minutes. But today was the "best experience." The employee told me during the consultation about my gravel bike that he didn't know anything about it. When I asked my last question, he had to "briefly" step away... After waiting for 15 minutes, he still hadn't reappeared. I left that store for the last time... It's a shame when a "specialty shop" treats its customers like dirt... Since you can't give zero stars, I reluctantly have to give it one star...
