I went to this workshop for a tire change. Scheduling the appointment and the service for my bicycle were very quick, and I'm satisfied. I also found the initial reception staff to be very friendly. The work was completed quickly and professionally. After my visit, I had some follow-up questions regarding pricing and the advice I received. These were subsequently answered transparently and professionally. I especially appreciated that my feedback was taken into account and that they took the time to explain everything. This builds trust. Overall, a competent workshop that responds well to customer feedback.

Although I live near Munich, I contacted Fahrrad Imle in Bietigheim about the availability of my dream bike! All my special and additional requests were handled with absolute professionalism and a super friendly attitude. I was completely satisfied with the initial phone call, as was the subsequent email communication. The leasing process through JobRad was incredibly smooth and fast on Fahrrad Imle's part. Unfortunately, I had some complicated special requests at very short notice, but even that didn't cause any problems. A huge THANK YOU again for the very customer-oriented service! Yesterday, when I picked up the bike on site, I received a very warm welcome, and all the employees were super friendly and helpful! The handover of my bike was very pleasant, and I felt very comfortable. All in all, Fahrrad Imle is definitely worth recommending!

Last week, after absolutely brilliant, expert, and friendly advice from Marcel, I bought my bicycle (CUBE STEREO HYBRID ONE44 EXC 800 STELLAR'N'SHIFTIRIS 2025) from Zweirad Imle. From the initial consultation and test ride, through selecting accessories and creating the JobRad (company bike) offer, to the subsequent setup and instruction upon pickup, everything went quickly and smoothly. That's customer service! You wouldn't want to miss out on an employee like that! I'm absolutely thrilled with my bike and am even looking forward to the first service. Highly recommended!
