+ Super friendly and professional I took my bike here for servicing for the first time and I'm very satisfied. I had a problem with the gears on my full-suspension mountain bike and couldn't adjust them myself. After another bike shop refused to repair it because I hadn't bought the bike there, and the second shop wouldn't have had an appointment available for at least two weeks, I contacted Mr. Bespaluk. Although he was quite busy, he let me drop in without an appointment and took the time to expertly adjust my gears within minutes. He was incredibly friendly and even gave me some valuable tips. Many thanks again! This certainly won't be my last visit. Highly recommended!

Here, a specialist named H. Bespaluk is at work with great care. Even on the phone, I was questioned about a repair on a Canondale Habit 1, which I didn't buy from them (lockout broken, plus gears, plus brakes). He solved what other dealers couldn't fix for a lot of money, and he told me on the way that I needed to adjust the gears due to temperature fluctuations, including an explanation. He also repaired the lockout lever at SRAM free of charge. Here, you're putting your bike in good hands. The trip from Tübingen to Bietigheim was definitely worth it. December 24, 2020: I brought my Cannondale to Mr. Bespaluk for inspection again. Currently, you have to be patient when taking your bike away, but here it's worth the wait. Everything was put back in order, and I was able to pick up my bike at the agreed time on Christmas Eve.

Fantastic service! Although there were a few problems with my new Cannondale bike from the start, Edmund calmly and expertly resolved them all immediately. He spared no effort. I'm glad I bought the bike from a specialist dealer and not online.
