One of the employees in the workshop was very unfriendly, even though we bought two expensive e-bikes there. This workshop is a complete disaster. The salesperson who advised us back then isn't there anymore either; he was great. This company is history for us.

I recommend this shop to anyone who wants to know! We bought two great bikes thanks to excellent advice, where we got exactly what we wanted. I've had three minor problems since then, and they were able to help me with them immediately and easily within five minutes (without a long wait). The guys in the workshop are competent, cool, and helpful.

We were looking for a bicycle and visited three different shops, and this one was by far the best. The selection of high-quality bicycles is extensive, and the customer service is excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient. The value for money is also outstanding. We highly recommend Fahrrad Kaiser!

I had my bike in for a minor repair today. As always, I have to say: AMAZING SERVICE. Fast repair, first-class advice. Very friendly, and I've always felt in good hands. Whether it's for an inspection, repair, purchase, etc. I've been a customer for years and can only recommend Fahrrad Kaiser. A big thank you goes to Olcay from the workshop (I hope you spelled it correctly).

Hi everyone, I went to the store for a saddle fitting consultation. I had called ahead and received excellent advice right away. Since I could still exchange the saddle I had, I didn't buy anything there, but I offered to pay for the consultation and fitting. The salesperson politely declined and asked me to simply come back to buy something next time. Great!!!

I wanted to write that I simply cannot understand the recent negative reviews. We've been customers for several years and have purchased both regular and e-bikes here. If we've ever had a problem, it's always been resolved quickly. And the fact that sometimes things can't be fixed immediately, especially when there are issues with obtaining spare parts, is perfectly normal, for example, at a car repair shop. We continue to experience excellent service from friendly and highly competent staff in both sales and the workshop. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would rate Fahrrad Kaiser in Böblingen 10, and a huge THANK YOU!!!

I've already bought two mountain bikes here and can honestly recommend it to everyone. The selection is huge and the service is top-notch. It's always a pleasure to pick up my bike from the repair shop, thanks to the super friendly and, above all, competent staff. 5/5, keep up the good work.

I wanted to buy a replacement for my broken seatpost. A friendly salesperson helped me find the right part. Unfortunately, this standard part wasn't in stock. I found it 10 minutes later in the bicycle department at Real.

I don't understand the bad reviews here; I actually find the customer service here to be above average. I usually only buy spare parts, as I can do most things on my bike myself, but the advice and service here are top-notch. Just yesterday, I was exchanged for a tool, or rather, I received a replacement, because it broke while using it. Completely relaxed, without discussion, without asking to see the receipt (which I had in my pocket, though): "Here, take this, it should work." I was really impressed; that's what a mutual trust between customer and seller should look like. Thanks again, I'll be happy to come back :-)
