Highly dubious behavior. Deliberately sends the wrong goods for a very high fee and, as a surprise, uninsured. They lie to you via email. No further contact after payment. Ignores all complaints. They subtly exploit PayPal's protection to their advantage. I wish for bankruptcy.

I ordered a regulator, and the order was confirmed immediately. After two weeks, I received no further information and inquired about the status via email. There was no response, not even by phone. After more than three weeks, I finally received a brief email stating that the item was no longer available and that they had been on vacation (which explains the late response). The money was refunded, but the item was still listed as available on the website.

I've only had positive experiences here! A top-notch dealer who doesn't want to sell at any price!

Sorry, I'm usually cautious with bad reviews and generally have a positive attitude towards sellers, but I'm really disappointed here. Divers Paradise had a Dragon BCD on offer, which I bought, but after a weekend I found out that the BCD was no longer available (I received a refund, along with a brief, factual note). They explained that so much stock was coming and going that they sometimes lost track of their inventory. When I asked for an alternative offer for a different BCD (I had already planned my dives around the delivery date), I was told they had some important phone calls to make and would get back to me within 15 minutes... I'm still waiting. In short: unreliable and unfortunately, they don't have a handle on their inventory. In other words: I bought it, paid for it, was happy... but there's no guarantee. Oh man, it could have been so easy... #idontbite #justwantajacket #itwouldhavebeeneasy

I recently bought new fins from Mr. Buck at a trade fair. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to remove the fin straps on my own (to install my existing spring straps). When I called the shop, Ms. Buck told me they could certainly help me. However, three days later, Mr. Buck declined, arguing that I should find a strong person to do it for me. I wish I had bought my fins from a shop with excellent customer service.

Great dive shop, excellent advice. I'll definitely be back.
