I came to the store to buy Nordic walking poles. I'm a beginner and needed some advice. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for good advice. But I was lucky. The saleswoman, Ms. J. Grey, took a lot of time for me, gave me expert advice, and provided valuable tips. I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you for your professionalism.

The shoes couldn't be returned because they had been walked about 20 meters on the street. Customer service isn't really a priority here. I've shopped here often and happily in the past, but this was my last purchase in that store.

You have to know what you want, and with a bit of luck, you'll find it. Advice and product knowledge are generally rather lacking. But it's nice that there are still shops like this in the local area.

I received excellent and expert advice for the second time today. The first pair of shoes I bought were hiking boots, which were very comfortable. Today I bought walking shoes. The saleswoman, Ms. Huber, was incredibly helpful and offered me several models and brands to try on. It certainly won't be my last visit to this specialty store.

Horrible store! Ancient range that ends up back on the shelves every year without any discounts. My highlight was a salesperson who insisted on selling me Lowa Renegades because she "has had them for years and never had any problems." Any comments I made about the shoes being too heavy and not liking them were simply dismissed with the salesperson's own stories and ignored! There was no bright spot in the athletic shoe department either! Loads of shoes lying in chaos on the floor, and an employee on her phone pulling a face like it's been raining for seven days. There was no sign of store management on any of my visits. I can't recommend this store at all!

Three salespeople, and we were the only ones in the store. No one came to ask if they could help. When we finally found everything on our own and tried it on, we went to the checkout and were met with three very bored faces. One beauty was sitting on a stool, fiddling with her phone. She didn't even look up. The second was standing behind the counter, also fiddling with her phone. The third deigned to look up and collect our money. As we finished paying, you'd think a slightly friendly expression would appear on her face. Welcome to the new generation of service!

Very friendly and helpful sales assistants and excellent advice! A wide selection at fair prices, and what's always very important to me: the store, and especially the fitting rooms, are absolutely clean! The parking right in front of the store is also great! I'll definitely be back!

Very friendly staff. We were there when there were no other customers. We were immediately offered advice. Afterwards, my companion and I had a very pleasant conversation with the three female staff members. I would come back anytime just for this lovely conversation (of course, something like this wouldn't be possible during peak hours). The selection of products is also very good. The prices are reasonable as well.

The selection is rather small, but you can find what you need without necessarily having to drive anywhere. There were some bargains on the sports shoes, but the selection of brands and sizes was limited. The sales staff are very friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking.
