I can highly recommend this shop! I spontaneously brought my e-bike in for repair last week and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was done the same day – it couldn't have been faster or easier. I especially want to highlight the service: I was immediately provided with a loaner e-bike so I could stay mobile. That's not something you can take for granted and demonstrates genuine customer focus. Very friendly team, quick service, and all-around professional service. Highly recommended!

Unfriendly and unenthusiastic. You can't make up for poor service by having bad reviews deleted.

Dear Mr. Timbo Wa,<br><br>You visited our store with an older, defective battery that you wanted us to reset so it would work again. Unfortunately, this is not possible for us with the diagnostic equipment provided to us by Bosch. Without the corresponding e-bike, we cannot even connect a battery to our system. A battery reset can only be performed by electronics companies specializing in e-bike battery repair. You sent your battery to such a company. As a bicycle retailer, we cannot offer this battery service.<br><br>Since it is not very fair to give a negative review for a service that cannot be provided, we have objected to your review.<br><br>If you felt you were treated unkindly and indifferently in our store, we are very sorry and can only apologize.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend them for battery repairs. I had a Bosch Powerpack 400 with flashing LEDs 2 and 4. Pfrommer immediately labeled the battery as defective and recommended I buy a new one. Their customer service definitely needs improvement. The battery has since been reset by an expert in Waiblingen for a small fee and is working perfectly again, with over 90% capacity and updated firmware.

Great bike shop! We bought our company bikes here and received excellent advice. A wide selection. The entire process, including pickup, went smoothly. When I had a minor issue with the lock, it was resolved quickly and easily. Highly recommended!!

Outrageous, arrogant "service" – an absolute disaster! During the pandemic, I bought two e-bikes here for around €6,000 and even then experienced how condescending and unenthusiastic Mr. Pfrommer is with customers. I put up with it back then to support the local dealer – a mistake! Now I had to go to the dealer with a Bosch problem (Bosch Cobi controller, Bosch service case number). Bosch told me to visit the local dealer and give them the service case number, and they would take care of it. And what happened? Mr. Pfrommer showed absolutely no interest, just made excuses ("it's not really possible without an invoice," "I'd have to charge €40"), mumbled unmotivatedly to himself, and immediately made it clear that he had no intention of dealing with the problem. I haven't encountered such unfriendly and arrogant service in a long time. This has nothing to do with service; it's pure contempt for customers! I never said I didn't want to pay – I just wanted an authorized Bosch dealer to do their job. My conclusion: Never again! This "two-wheeler expert" is anything but customer-oriented and should be removed from Bosch's list of authorized dealers immediately.

We can only process warranty claims for items not purchased from us with a receipt, and we charge a processing fee of €45 for the time spent. We were unable to comply with this fee in your case, and we can only apologize for the misunderstanding. We simply didn't realize that you only had a repair request. If this came across as unmotivated and dismissive, I am very sorry.<br><br>This misunderstanding might have been resolved on the spot if you hadn't immediately raised your voice so loudly. You became so agitated at our repair reception that a reasoned conversation with you was unfortunately no longer possible. I can only offer this as a small apology: In May 2020—when stores had just reopened after the pandemic—our business was practically overwhelmed, and we were completely swamped with work. During that time, I was in the store for at least 14-16 hours every day and was consequently often exhausted. If you had the impression at the time that I didn't behave entirely correctly and that I gave you the feeling of being condescending, I sincerely apologize for that.<br><br><br>In May 2020, when stores had just reopened after the pandemic, our business was practically overrun, and we were completely overwhelmed.

We bought a bike for our young son today. We stopped by spontaneously because they were the only place we could find the brand of bike we were looking for. When we arrived, we received quick help and super friendly and helpful advice. The lady who advised us there spared no effort and brought us at least five different bikes to try out. She also lent us a helmet for our son so he could try it out safely. At no point did we get the impression that she was trying to pressure us into a purchase or sell us an expensive model. She gave us her honest opinion and then gave us space to discuss things further in private. I'm sure if we need a bike again, we'll get advice there again. Even if the journey there is a bit longer for us than to other bike shops. Thanks again for the friendly advice!

I picked up my e-bike there today. Very patient and competent service, even after closing time. The workshop has also been very competent in maintaining my other bikes. Full marks, highly recommended, and reasonably priced!

A great team, honest and fair. I put my bike together completely on Friday, received excellent advice on add-on parts, and by Tuesday it was fully assembled and ready for pickup. Many different employees supported me from the sales stage through to assembly and instruction on the bike. Huge praise to everyone!!! My whole family is a customer of theirs and very, very satisfied.
