The advice was very good and pleasant, BUT paying €80 more for a backpack than online is outrageous! In hindsight, I wish I hadn't checked what I would have paid elsewhere. I really like supporting local businesses, but €80 isn't worth it for advice – no matter how good it is. Therefore, I'll go to a different store next time.

My husband and I received excellent advice on running shoes from a friendly employee last Friday. We left the store with two pairs of running shoes and are extremely happy! I especially appreciated that the employee offered us discounted models. The store is very well-stocked and has a really nice, high-quality selection. We'll definitely be back!

We were customers of this store until today. Unfortunately, not anymore. We always bought ON Cloud shoes. Twice I had to return the shoes because the size was wrong. Each time, there was a reason (from the staff) why the shoes wouldn't be taken back. But today was the last straw. On October 21, 2025, I bought a pair of ON Cloud shoes for my husband, worth €170. Since the shoes were too small, I wanted to return them today. I should mention that I didn't ask for a refund. I said a voucher would be enough so we could get other shoes. The cashier looked at the shoes, typed something into the register, and then told me I had to wait. Then came the best part... They couldn't take the shoes back because they smelled of perfume/detergent. Seriously?! Is that a valid reason?! When I asked what was going on, the employee told me, "...we can see the shoes haven't been worn, but they smell of detergent...they've probably been washed." Excuse me?? What normal person would wash new shoes worth €170? That was just an excuse because the employees didn't want to take the shoes back (I repeat, this is the third time this has happened). When I asked what I should do with the shoes if they didn't fit, I was told to sell them on eBay. I'm really disappointed 😞 We, as a team and as a family, have always shopped there, but starting today, none of us will be going there again.

It's a good store with its own parking lot, always plenty of space, and easy access. Prices are a bit above average, but the quality of the merchandise justifies it. There's a second floor, located above the classrooms, where they always have discount items, often with lots of interesting items. They have products for various sports, as well as for everyday wear and hiking. They have a very large selection of shoes for any budget. I buy basketballs here; the quality is very good and the price is great.

I was there today and felt very well advised. A young lady was unsure of the answer, but they immediately got help to assist me. There are currently some special offers and deals, so browsing was really fun. Otherwise, the prices are quite high, but you definitely get what you pay for. Positive advice, a wide selection, alternative offers, and you can touch and test everything.
