I had a great experience purchasing my bike from XXL Watcher Esslingen. The staff were friendly and highly professional. Johannes helped me choose my perfect ride and supported me a lot during the whole process. Special thanks also to Sampath and the technician Tius who assembled my bike. The store is huge and has a very good selection of bikes and accessories. I also liked the test track where you can try bikes before buying. Overall, excellent service and a great place to buy a bike. Highly recommended!

Very big warehouse-like store with a huge selection of bicycles and accessories. Helpful and friendly staff. Three levels of shopping. Also, there's an indoor track to test ride bikes. Plenty of parking out front.

Was a great day at Walcher to test various top end e-bikes and got with Dario Esposito a team member that was going the extra mile and showed and explained in detail all the various latest specs the bikes have. Mil gracias Ralf

Above and beyond customer service! Everyone seems happy, and it shows by how we are treated as customers. To me, this means that management must be excellent. My husband and I were assisted by Markus Streubel in the Spring time with purchasing a new Mountain Bike. I have since been riding it and love it! He was so pleasant, kind, and helpful. He took his time with us and pointed out important details that I otherwise would not have known about bicycles. Those details mattered as this was the most comfortable bike for me. Also, to mention, every time we go to this store, everyone in every section gives superb service. Whether it is downstairs for bike service or on the sales floor, or at the register. Whatever it is you are all doing, keep doing it! I highly recommend this shop! Thank you.

Bicycle XXL Walcher – The Ultimate Bicycle Store Experience Bicycle XXL Walcher is, without a doubt, the largest and most impressive bicycle store I’ve ever visited. Their selection of bikes is absolutely amazing—whether you’re looking for a high-end e-bike, a kid’s bike, or something in between, they have it all. One of the coolest features is their indoor practice area that spans two floors. You can start on one level and actually ride up to the second floor, giving you a true feel for the bike you’re testing. It’s an excellent setup, especially when the weather outside is less than ideal. It’s also a fantastic place to bring kids on bad weather days—let them test bikes and burn off some energy in a fun, safe environment. Their accessory selection is equally impressive. Anything you could possibly need for your bike, from helmets and lights to specialized tools, is readily available. They even have a massive maintenance department that looks ready to handle any bike issue you throw at them. If you’re on a budget, their selection of used bikes is worth checking out. It’s a great way to save some money without compromising quality. Overall, Bicycle XXL Walcher is a dream shop for any cycling enthusiast. Huge selection, indoor test riding area, friendly staff, and excellent service. A must-visit for anyone in the area. Rating: 5/5 – Incredible selection and the best bike shopping experience I’ve had.

Delayed review but bought an E-mountain bike here and was pleased. Great customer experience especially working through my limited German vocabulary for technical Bicycle terminology. Big selection of bikes and parts. Would come back again for another bike.

This is a nice place to visit when you are looking for a new bike and have no idea what you are looking for. Try them out no matter what kind of bike you want. Look out for the bikers in the store since you are testing them out in there. A few days delivery time is to be expected. Lots of spare parts and high quality accessories are available in lower floor. Well worth a visit.
