ALL GOOD THINGS COME IN THREES 🤬🤬🤬 You'd think that after 30 years, they'd have a bit of customer service experience. Unfortunately, that's absolutely not the case here. There are three employees, and none of them has a clue. At least not regarding the issue I had yesterday. I went there yesterday to have a slight scratching noise on my front derailleur adjusted. Shimano GRX RX600. To be fair, I didn't have an appointment. The owner complained to me, other customers, and employees about how customers with problems come in without an appointment, delaying his scheduled work. In my opinion, that's just part of the job. 😥 The shifting was working perfectly fine, apart from the slight scratching noise. After the owner, Mr. Eberle, spent over half an hour completely overwhelmed fiddling with the shifting and the front derailleur, the shifting to the second chainring stopped working. 😥 His statement during this time was – He doesn't understand any of it. 😳😳😳 After a brief, incomprehensible discussion and my explanation that the bike, or rather the gears, were working, he said he couldn't help me. When I asked his employees if they could possibly help, he just shook his head in disbelief. 🫣🫣🫣 He told me I should have the gears readjusted at the shop where I bought my bike and let them know how it works. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I WAS IN THAT STORE. 🤬🤬🤬

I dropped my bike off for repairs, supposedly just replacing two brake lines, about a week before my vacation. Of course, the bike wasn't ready until after my trip, so why did I have to bring it in before? They replaced the entire brake system – brake discs and pads – without even asking me. They also replaced the spokes and the front derailleur. Couldn't they have called first before replacing half the bike without consulting me? Now I've paid more for the repairs than the bike was even worth! I can't recommend this shop to anyone; what an unpleasant person!

They often charge exorbitant prices; it's better to do it yourself if at all possible.

Fits so far. They do a great job. I took my bike to the customer service. The bill was €149. No parts, just cleaning. I find that pretty cheeky. But, "if it doesn't fit, come back." I'll take that at your word. 😉. If that's the case, there's 👍

Excellent service, quick help at fair prices. I'll gladly come back again. They offer help without obligation and even give advice. Simply old school. 👌🏼

We have the bikes here every season. Both the e-bikes and the children's mountain bikes. These are used by the club and in bike parks and have always been reliably serviced. The service is excellent. The team is very friendly and flexible. The price and performance are 100% right. We enjoy coming here and can highly recommend the shop.
