I took my bike to Roland in Eberdingen because the gears were completely out of adjustment. I got an appointment super quickly, within a day, and was able to pick up my bike again after just 24 hours – fantastic! 🚴♂️ As agreed, the entire service was done right away. You can immediately tell that they work with heart here and it's not mass production like at the big bike chains. Roland really takes his time, is incredibly friendly, and explains everything calmly. The price is absolutely fair – I much prefer supporting a local business like this than some big chain. And the best part: Roland's bike service is just around the corner – it couldn't be better. Highly recommended! 👏 Thanks again for the super quick and easy appointment. I'll definitely be back.

Very quick and easy appointment scheduling via WhatsApp, very friendly contact, and prompt completion of the job. Mr. Tegeler is happy to take care of any problems. We went there to have a bicycle brake and a Qeridoo bicycle trailer repaired. We would gladly use his services again. Many thanks again!

I got a service appointment for my Pegasus e-bike within two days. Mr. Tegeler was very friendly and provided me with expert information and advice about the necessary work. When I picked up my bike two days later, Mr. Tegeler gave me a comprehensive overview of the work that had been carried out, using the inspection checklist. The price was significantly lower than I had expected. Overall, it was a good decision to have the service done by Mr. Tegeler; I can highly recommend him.

Roland listens, asks questions, considers issues, and addresses every problem. He seeks and finds solutions. It was a super friendly interaction and top-notch professional service, which I can wholeheartedly recommend. I'm absolutely thrilled with Roland's bike service! 🙂 I had a problem with my front brake during a ride. Eberdingen was on the way. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he replied promptly: I could come by later. The problem was quickly resolved on site, saving the rest of my ride and the one the following day! Many thanks! 👍🏻

Great, getting an appointment at all the bike shops nearby is practically impossible. No problem at all here. Friendly, fast, and professional service for the first inspection of my e-bike. Thanks, I'll definitely be back.
