Expert advice. Great ideas for personal modifications and adjustments to the bicycle. I initially had problems with broken spokes. Mr. Ochs promptly replaced the entire wheel free of charge. Simply fantastic service. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ochs!

I bought my bike here and I'm absolutely thrilled. The customer service was outstanding – everything was explained with great patience and care: how to charge the bike, use the app, and operate the various functions. I also received excellent advice on choosing accessories like a basket and helmet. Even though my German isn't perfect, everyone took their time and made sure I understood everything. You can immediately tell it's a genuine family business – it's not just about making a sale, but about ensuring customers leave happy. Highly recommended!

If you're participating in a cycling event and have a problem (with your brakes), under no circumstances should you stop at Fahrrad Ochs, because you can save yourself the time! I needed my brakes bled, something that would have been a quick fix. But the owner just grumpily said he couldn't do it today (even though I told him I was participating in a bike event). Zero stars for that.

Until a week ago, I didn't know I wanted an e-bike. I've been there three times since then, and I'm extremely satisfied with the advice, multiple test rides, and time to discuss things. So I don't understand the negative reviews. Every time, we were welcomed like family, everyone took the time to explain everything to us in detail... The Ochs family is a fantastic team, and I would recommend them 5*

We've now bought our second set of bikes from Ochs in Eningen. And no matter what the issue is – customer service or anything else – we're always greeted warmly or given a quick appointment to have our bikes repaired. They're even very keen to get it done quickly. So we're completely satisfied there.

Because we had to travel from far away to Reutlingen to see Ochs (our local dealer no longer had the model I wanted in my size, and it was also no longer available), we spoke on the phone twice before deciding to actually travel to Reutlingen. In both conversations, Ms. Ochs was extremely courteous and helpful, and Mr. Ochs was also friendly and took the time to explain the pricing. Our on-site appointment was even more positive. With great patience, Mr. Ochs explained the bike, its functions, and the app, and shared his expertise on daily maintenance. Ms. Ochs foresightedly pointed out the annual maintenance and promised that we could simply schedule it in close consultation so that it wouldn't involve two trips to Reutlingen or an excessively long wait for me. We felt in excellent hands as customers and can wholeheartedly recommend Ochs.
