I contacted Alex because I stupidly ruined my disc brake with chain lube 😅 Since my bike is my constant companion, I needed a quick repair. I found just what I needed with him. He was incredibly competent and friendly on the phone. He offered to repair it the very next day, without any fuss or appointments. You could immediately tell that Alex is passionate about what he does. He takes his time with the bike and impressed me with his knowledge and experience 💪🏻 After 20 minutes, I was back on the road and didn't have to suffer any downtime. Thank you, and I'm sure we'll see each other again. 🫶

I brought our two Cube e-bikes in for repair with only a short notice. Mr. Haab promptly sent me a transparent cost estimate, including a detailed description of the necessary work – which I found very positive. Despite the peak season, the repair was carried out quickly and reliably. It was particularly helpful that he took photos of the defective parts, so even I, as a layperson, could understand exactly what was being done. I'm truly impressed – everything is working perfectly again. Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend the company.

I brought my e-bike in for repair and it was fixed very quickly. Communication was excellent at all times. I'm very happy with the result of the repair. I would definitely take my bike to Haab und gut again and highly recommend them for bike repairs.

We've now had all four of our bikes, with major and minor problems, inspected and/or repaired by Mr. Haab. Appointments were always prompt, and the repairs and inspections were carried out promptly and professionally. In one minor emergency, the repair was even completed the same day. Our son was especially pleased! Clearly recommended for his competent and prompt service!
