I am extremely satisfied with the extensive repair of my bicycle! I received excellent advice, and all my wishes were taken into account. The repair was carried out reliably and on schedule. The team was friendly and patient. This is a workshop that is truly passionate about its work and possesses a high level of expertise. That's a rare find these days! Highly recommended.

Very poor shop. They tried to cut a thread into an aluminum plate and tighten a steel screw into it... On a bike rack... Pictures to follow. They charged a €13.00 installation fee for installing a light. Some of the mechanics were very unfriendly. The employee in the shop itself was very nice.

They're incompetent and expensive. Then you pay a second time to repair the damage. Explanations for the images Image #1 The brake pad washers are missing. Images #2 & #3 Brake cable: It's not taut and doesn't stay in the designated guide. Because it's bent, it acts like a spring, and the braking effect is reduced. One wire is hanging in the air - suboptimal. Image #4 The brake pads aren't lying flat on the rim, which reduces the braking power. You have to zoom in to see the defect here. Other defects aren't documented. I pointed out the defects to the foreman, who then mocked me. I am not amused.

Top address: Brought two children's mountain bikes in for servicing. Super friendly team, finished in 24 hours (note, it was the "off-season" so it can and may take longer) including spare parts at a fair price, advice on how to keep the bikes in good condition for longer. Would go back anytime.

An extremely amateurish and poorly executed "repair"—one star is definitely too much. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it in the store, but my washers are round with a hole in the middle... Over €20 for such a botched job, it's outrageous. On top of that, the atmosphere was very strange, and the instructions were completely contradictory. One person told me to come in, the next person rudely told me it was "absolutely impossible" -> Never again, and I don't recommend them. The 5-star reviews must be fake. Just saying.

I brought my e-bike here for repairs. The staff is very competent and friendly, making me feel like I'm in good hands. The repair was very quick and, in my opinion, quite affordable. From now on, if I have any problems, I'll only contact RadNA!
