I went there spontaneously last Saturday. They were very helpful. The service I received at the MTB shop a few years ago was also excellent.

Brought in my e-bike, they replaced the axle on the front wheel and mounted the tire. 121.90. Maybe, but I think it's expensive, whatever. They told me the rear tire wasn't replaced because the spokes needed tightening and truing. I was told to take the bike back because they didn't have time for that. But I shouldn't use the bike anymore!!! New appointment in 10 days. Okay, back I went, said we had an appointment. The unfriendly older man immediately said, "I'm not going near such crap." Rear-wheel motor, who buys something like that? When I asked why we had made an appointment for the repair, he just said, "...I don't care." I will use all my contacts and resources to make sure everyone knows about this unacceptable behavior and warns everyone against this workshop. I will inform Kappel-Berggruppe and all social media about this incident if there isn't an immediate apology and a repair appointment.

I rented a bike from the bike station for almost two weeks. It also came with a lock. Since I rented the bike for more than a few days, I received a discount. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

WARNING!!! Absolutely incompetent, both professionally and socially!!! You'll only be yelled at and insulted; you definitely won't find any help here! Anyone needing proper service and friendly advice should look elsewhere! It's a shame, especially since it's a social enterprise!

5 stars well deserved from me 😃😃😃 Good explanation regarding the valves...I felt in good hands...and my bike is rideable again.... The team was super friendly and, above all, very personable...they took their time...keep it up and stay the way you are 👍👍👍

The staff at the Fellbach bike repair shop rescued my over 35-year-old mountain bike and restored it to top condition, both visually and technically. The advice was very competent and friendly. And whenever necessary, they immediately called me during the repairs. Perfect!

I was there this evening with my gravel bike for the second time because of my positive experience. I was helped immediately. The staff is super friendly and competent. I highly recommend this workshop and don't understand the negative reviews at all. You guys are great. We'll see you again in the spring.

I have visited this bike station to fix my bike's breaks. He said, breaking pads are not good, hence changed new breaking pads and charged me finally 45 euros. WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! breaking pads usually cost 7 to 10 euro. so front and back breaking pads will be costed 20, to fix manual work around 10 euro(for below 10 minutes). I was surprised/shocked with his bill.

This was the worst repair and service I have ever experienced. Afterwards, I was even insulted. They've lost me as a customer. :-(
