they sent me a faulty item..they should check item for flaws before shipping item 600 miles to me. i am based in the united kingdom, they are in germany thats 2 sports shops in germany & austria that have messed up on the same day. .......i will send updates as to my progress... mmmmmm. ...

Unfortunately, the goods were only shipped a month later due to delivery problems. The shipment was postponed a total of three times. My polite emails requesting that the goods no longer be shipped and that the order be cancelled went unanswered. No one was reachable by phone either. It's a shame that customer service is poorly organized, as the shop generally offers good products.

Bought various items online, there were incorrect internet price labels. It was then said that one of these items was not available, no problem for me. BUT then underestimating the amount to be reimbursed (as promised in writing) over another 3 invoices with dubious VAT amounts to my disadvantage is a mess! You can make mistakes, but then you have to own up to it and, above all, contact the customer. To date no response received. It's a shame, unfortunately we can no longer recommend it.

Nice shop with a good selection. I don't understand some of the reviews here. We received excellent advice, I can only say. We would definitely shop here again.

Very poor service. Customers receive no proper advice whatsoever; they are simply rushed through their appointments. Customers have no rights and are not treated with respect. We will never set foot in this store or make any purchases there again. Absolutely not recommended!

Good selection of products. Unfortunately, the customer service is poor. The swimming goggles I bought ripped after just a short time of use. The "friendly" employee then accused me of cutting them. Very cheeky. I've already contacted the manufacturer. Perhaps they're more customer-friendly.
