I had a truly fantastic experience buying my ski boots. The employee who advised me took an incredible amount of time. You can immediately tell that the team is genuinely passionate about what they do; we felt very well taken care of from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and we left extremely happy with our purchase. Highly recommended!

Excellent service! I searched for ages for a shop that would mount demo ski bindings, as SportScheck and similar stores couldn't do it. Here it was no problem at all, and the owner was super friendly :)

Super friendly and competent advice. The service is absolutely top-notch! Everyone here is eager to help the customer. Even as a new customer, I received a significant service completely free of charge and without any extra cost. Where do you find that these days?! When I go to my local dealer with a bike I bought elsewhere, they chase me off the premises and show absolutely no consideration for customer service. I certainly won't be buying my next bike there! I can absolutely recommend Sport Lutz and will definitely use them for future purchases. Keep it up! 👍🏽
