We've been customers of Rad und Technik for years and have bought three bicycles there. We've always received competent and expert advice and ultimately got our "dream bikes." Mr. Triebel has repeatedly helped us with both minor and major problems, whether it was finding a specific mudguard screw we'd lost from an old bike (not purchased from him), searching for accessories, or even providing support over the phone in emergencies. So, I feel I'm in excellent hands at Rad + Technik.

I'm very satisfied; why should he repair bikes that weren't bought from him? Aldi also sells bikes that he's supposed to assemble, and if something breaks, he's the one left holding the bag. He's doing the right thing by buying them elsewhere, and then the customer can complain later.

I'm impressed by the first-class customer service! Very friendly, the bike repair was carried out quickly, cleanly, and satisfactorily. The price is absolutely reasonable. And what impresses me most is that you don't get ripped off by having something repaired that isn't broken. An absolute highlight in this service desert. I wholeheartedly recommend Rad + Technik!

I had a flat tire yesterday afternoon (a hole in the inner tube). I was completely out in the sticks and called "Rad + Technik," which was 5 kilometers away. They told me they were busy, but that my bike could be repaired until 6 p.m. so I could continue my journey! When I arrived, it was bustling. Despite this, every customer was treated kindly and with composure! Shortly before 6 p.m., they even fitted new brake pads, and as I was leaving, they kindly helped me adjust my helmet! I felt I received respectful and competent service at "Rad + Technik"! Anyone complaining about social distancing rules not being followed should urgently see a psychologist!

A very friendly, personable, and above all, highly knowledgeable owner. He takes his time with every customer, so a short wait is possible. A good selection of high-quality everyday, touring, and cargo bikes. Excellent and thorough advice. It's well worth the trip, even from afar!

I had a flat tire just before closing time and received immediate help. Thanks to his expertise, he found the problem right away. This allowed me to continue my bike tour the next day. Excellent value for money! Thank you so much!!!

We've bought several bikes here and will continue to do so. Friendly and knowledgeable salespeople who take plenty of time to advise customers. Minor problems are sometimes fixed immediately and free of charge.
