We've been taking our mountain bikes to Zweiradhaus Maier in Gerlingen for three years now and are completely satisfied! Every single service visit, planned or unplanned, is handled professionally. The team knows what they're doing. They are courteous, appreciative, respectful, and communicative. We'll gladly return! I highly recommend this workshop.

I brought two gravel bikes to the shop due to gear problems – both were repaired extremely quickly, professionally, and cleanly, and perfectly readjusted. The service was not only efficient but also very friendly and competent. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back!

Highly recommended, no problems at all 👍 While other bike shops in the area don't even answer the phone or refer you to online contact forms, you're invited directly here. They told me on the phone that it could take one to three business days. Repairs were quick and easy. After one day, I received a text message in the morning saying my bike was ready. Friendly staff both when I dropped it off and picked it up. I'll be back 🙂

I went to a few shops to look for a new E-MTB. In Freiburg because that's where I live. A friend told me to stop by here because he got his from Zweiradhaus Maier too. It was more than worth it. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. Christoph G. took so much time with me until I picked out a few bikes. He also took the time to adjust the bikes to me so I could have a perfect test ride. Height, suspension front and rear. It was incredible. With the service and the discounts they offer in the store, I didn't have to think twice or compare. I bought a bike straight away. It was also nice to see that no matter how much money you have, they take the time for everything. I would like to thank the entire team for their friendly, almost amicable approach. That's not a given these days.

We were inquiring about e-bikes at this shop and received truly excellent advice. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything for us in the end, but they didn't hold it against us; instead, they emphasized the importance of buying the right bike and not just any old one. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely satisfied! I bought my e-bike there two and a half years ago. They gave me fantastic, comprehensive advice, even with a small budget. Since then, I've used their service several times. Each time, I've truly experienced what it means when "the customer is king." And the bike always runs perfectly afterward! Great service, super staff...perfect! I drive all the way from Stuttgart and will probably always do so! Thank you so much and a big thumbs up!
