Contacted them yesterday via WhatsApp, received a reply today, and it's repaired! My seller, "Eve Motion," hadn't given me any feedback until now. Since the company is located in Berlin and the Google reviews regarding customer support were somewhat negative, I didn't want to rely on them. This would normally be a warranty case, but the rear wheel only had a bent outer rim, so I ended up here, and I don't regret it. The whole thing cost €66.00. I don't know how expensive that is, and with a new €800 e-scooter (Viron XI 1200 S), it's relatively unimportant to me. I spontaneously went there (they sent me a quick WhatsApp message telling me to come by), and called because no one was there and the door was closed. I called again, spoke with him, waited a short while, and after about 5-10 minutes, he literally came running. He was a very friendly person. He inspected the rear wheel (16x3.0 Fat Tire) and then got some tools. He adjusted the spokes and removed the wobble, checked everything briefly again, and then even noticed that the rear (mechanical) brake wasn't making sufficient contact (very observant!!), so he adjusted that as well. Then he took it for a short test ride and everything was fine. After about an hour, the e-scooter was working perfectly, and I could say thank you. Excellent service!!! I'll definitely go back if there are any issues with the scooter. Like I said, I don't know if €66.00 is expensive for those two things, but I think it's worth it. The result should be what matters, not the price!!! I actually wanted to add some pictures and a short video to show the damage I had, but Google Maps doesn't seem to allow them in the background, lol.

A service and repair was supposed to take place. The bicycle was inspected, and spare parts were to be ordered. Unfortunately, I never heard anything back. This company is best avoided.

I've had to use it twice, and each time he was very, very reliable. He worked precisely, was super friendly, and the price was right. I'd definitely use him again.

Unfortunately, only 1 star, and even that isn't really justified. My e-bike was inspected, and it turned out that the motor might be defective. A new motor was supposed to be ordered for repair. I was convinced that this would happen. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for any feedback! Despite several calls to their mobile phone, I haven't been able to get back to them. This was about three months ago. It's a shame, because I had a good feeling about the employee's visit.

Quick appointment, excellent service, and I learned a lot about bikes! We had two bikes checked, a flat tire repaired, and a broken gear shifter fixed. During his inspection, he also noticed that one tire was wobbling, which he then trued. Superb advice and very friendly service, offering tips on bike maintenance, when parts might need replacing, and all at a very fair and transparent price. We will definitely use Bike Rescue again!

After several disappointing workshop visits, the order was to go to BikeRetter. Admittedly, without great expectations. Your service was TOP-notch - at least!!! The brakes on the new wheelset were perfectly adjusted, and the bicycle was professionally checked. All this was done on time and with very friendly service. Highly recommended!
