I ordered Bauer S23 skates with t-blades. They also included waxed laces and blade protectors. Everything was delivered in record time. Unfortunately, plastic protectors don't fit t-blades. My email inquiry was responded to immediately, I received advice over the phone, and the protectors were exchanged for blade socks. Perfect service - I'd buy them again anytime. By the way, the skates are amazing!

Excellent customer service! DHL simply returned my shipment, and they took care of it immediately, found a solution, and the skates arrived just in time for my next training session. Excellent quality. I'd definitely order again. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. I ordered shoes, but they weren't delivered. After a week, I cancelled the order and was informed that DHL had already picked them up last Friday. According to the tracking number, they were taken to DHL on Monday at noon after my cancellation. This is not how proper business practices should look. Never again.

I ordered a pair of Graf PK110-tblade Freestyler ice skates for my son. The consultation and processing were very professional and competent. The skates arrived after two days. Everything was perfect. I can highly recommend them. Keep up the good work!

I bought my partner a pair of K2 ice skates (specifically, the K2 Alexis Ice in Black/Blue; the current 2021/2022 model). The online purchase process was simple and convenient, just as you'd expect. I've had good experiences with IW-Sports. I bought the K2 Vo2 Pro M skates at a good price, but through Amazon, as the bad reviews put me off. My skates were too small, though. After calling them, they immediately sent me a larger size. The return shipping was free. They were also very kind and didn't charge me the higher price for the larger size.
