Two weeks ago, I had a Fizik one-to-one saddle fitted to my gravel bike at Hardys. After about a week of delivery, I received the saddle from Italy. I have to say, it's the best saddle I've ever had. I've tried many saddles. Thanks for the great advice. I'd happily ride 300 km for this.

Top shop, even in warranty cases. I had a 3T Exploro Ultra built here 2.5 years ago. Mid-range components, absolutely fair price. The advice was top-notch—it couldn't be better. I was happy to travel from Frankfurt to see it in person. They took their time and didn't try to sell me anything extra. I immediately rode the Tuscany Trail with it. This year, I rode it from Flensburg to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the frame recently. They reacted extremely quickly and sent a replacement frame. I've never experienced such customer-friendly service. I highly recommend getting advice and buying from them. It's well worth the long trip. Thanks, Thomas

Top shop, top people, and top-notch equipment! You can't buy a basic bike like this online! Here, they take their time, provide expert advice down to the last detail, and customize everything. You can tell that professionals are at work here, just like the bikes and brands they carry. It's wonderful that such gems exist! I'll definitely be back, but I've already found my dream bike here!

Excellent advice and a good selection for test drives. The consultants take their time and are extremely knowledgeable. Various sizes are available for test drives of most makes and models. Making an appointment before your visit is recommended so everything can be prepared. Repairs and maintenance are carried out quickly and thoroughly.

Highly recommended! It is like a dream shop, full of exotic and beautiful bikes. They built mine to my spec during Covid. We did everything via email and they were always prompt about replying. When certain parts were not available, they made good suggestions for alternative parts. Their web customization tool is very useful for designing your bike. In the shop everyone is wearing masks, distance is maintained, and it is very orderly. It is a one of the truly great bike stores for exciting, special, and custom bikes.
