I've never experienced anything like this!! I bought two e-bikes there. The bike was handed over with a loose rear wheel! I was told that couldn't be right, that someone had tampered with it... but I can say with 100% certainty that's not the case. Then the motor had to be replaced, and the brake system was replaced due to a recall. When I picked up the bike, I noticed that the brakes were completely loose, both front and rear... which means to me that they were simply installed without testing. This is extremely dangerous!!!! On top of that, I was charged for servicing the other bike twice in a row, and all of this was applied to the bike that's already been in the shop for months (6)... and it's always someone else's fault... sometimes it's me, sometimes Businessbike, sometimes the manufacturer... I could tell you so much more...

Super friendly and helpful, even if you only need accessories. Update: I was here recently for a major repair, and the service was simply top-notch. They helped me communicate with the manufacturer about the warranty, even though I didn't buy the bike from this shop. I'm absolutely thrilled and would recommend this shop to anyone who wants an e-bike.

I received quick and uncomplicated help here. Both a few weeks ago, when I needed new brake pads and they were installed within a day, and again today, when I didn't have a puncture repair kit. The self-adhesive patches hold just as well as the conventional ones, by the way, and you save yourself the time of the adhesive drying. Thanks again!

I came to this store three months ago as I started my e-bike search. I was completely new and had no idea about e-bikes and Will and his co-worker took the time to let me know anything and everything I needed to know. I felt they really dedicated their time and expertise to me even though I walked out not buying anything (unfortunately, they did not have the bike I liked in the size I needed). Since then, I stopped by the store couple of more times and each time was welcomed with the same enthusiasm and superb level of customer service. I've visited 3 other very large e-bike stores in Stuttgart area and nowhere have I received this level of customer service where I felt they really genuinely cared about me and my needs. Yesterday I decided it might be the day to buy my e-bike I've been looking for and went back to this store. Again I was greeted and welcomed and made feel valued as a customer. I spent couple of hours in the store, test rode 3 different bikes and after each test ride Will asked me questions about my experience to better understand what it is I need and am looking for. This really helped guide towards the bike I ended up buying. Once I decided on the bike, he explained everything about the maintaince, using it properly, etc. I cannot tell you enough how happy I am with the store and the whole experience. They speak perfect English and are top notch at what they do. If you need great service and products this is the only store you need to go to, trust me. I am one happy, brand new e-bike owner. Thank you so much for the great and expert advice. Everyone here seems to enjoy their job – at least that's the impression I get. ;) To be honest, I didn't expect that from an outlet store. A big compliment to you all! The bike was exactly the right choice for me, and I'm out riding it every free evening now. Yes, it's still too clean. :)

I got a quick appointment for my e-bike repair and service without any waiting time, even though my rear tire was flat. I also took my husband's e-bike in for service and got a replacement for my somewhat unstable old rearview mirror – simply perfect. And all this at a fair price, with very friendly advice, and everything ready for pickup the next day – excellent! I would definitely recommend them!

My rear brake was worn out and was dragging. After being put off for three weeks by the bike shop in Nufringen, where I bought my e-bike a year ago ("We're full for the week and then we're on vacation"), and another shop in Herrenberg turned me down because I hadn't bought the bike there 🙈, I simply called the ebike outlet store. I was able to come in right away, received a very friendly welcome, the bike was repaired quickly, and after shopping, I was able to take it home. I also received expert advice regarding my trailer, and the following day (I didn't have it with me the first day), the repair was completed in a very short time and at a very fair price. I'm thrilled 🤩 This will be my first port of call in the future 👍

Outlet was just the price here. My fourth bike was going to be electric. So I set out, trying things out here and there. I quickly realized that many specialty stores either had little selection or even less knowledge. Knowing what I wanted, I searched online for my bike in the right size. Here I not only found the best price and my model in various sizes to test, but also salespeople who took care of me as a customer even after I paid and were readily available to offer advice and support. If I had landed here right away, I could have saved myself a lot of time.

I can highly recommend this store! I was looking for an e-bike and found exactly what I was looking for here! Since the price seemed a bit odd to me (€500 cheaper than the RRP), I called right away. They explained that it was a previous year's model and an unusual size (XL), which is why it was so heavily discounted. The employee seemed very knowledgeable, so I decided to order the bike. Of course, I had my doubts at first, as it's a lot of money, but since they accept PayPal, I was okay with it! And the bike arrived just one week after ordering! Since I wasn't home on the scheduled delivery date, the seller adjusted the date with the shipping company to suit my needs! When I unpacked it, I was amazed at how well the bike was packaged. It was definitely worth it, though, as the bike was flawless. All I had to do was attach the handlebars, screw on the pedals, charge the battery, and off I went! It was also important to me that I could speak with Mr. Langhans had a contact person who always responded promptly to my emails (and there were quite a few :))! I can therefore recommend the shop 100%!
