Very, very unfriendly staff (especially the blonde woman). She was so insistent on her point of view, which I found disconcerting as a customer. Not a smile, not a single friendly word. Appropriate training for the staff would probably be beneficial. Oh well, I'll buy my running shoes somewhere else!

We are sorry that you found your visit unpleasant – respectful and friendly service is very important to us.<br><br>However, we would like to clarify that your visit was solely for the purpose of picking up a DPD parcel and that no consultation took place with us.<br><br>As an official DPD parcel shop, we are required to release parcels only upon presentation of valid identification. This requirement comes from DPD and is for your protection. Top! Top! Top! I have been a customer for around 15 years and have always felt as comfortable as possible. Top advice. Top performance. Top quality. Had another outstanding shopping experience with my daughter today. Mr. Sehner is an entrepreneur with competence and class. And people, please stop negotiating for 2.50 EUR. If you want the best and reputable quality, go to Sehner, if you want the cheapest price, order it online. I advise everyone to get professional advice from Mr. Sehner.

Today was my first time at Intersport Sehner, and I was very satisfied. I usually order a lot online, but this time I wanted to go to a local specialist shop. I bought Nordic walking poles, and the advice I received was excellent. I was very happy with them, and the Nordic walking poles are great. Thank you so much!

Finding the right running shoes isn't easy, especially for beginners. But at Sehner, everything is just right: the advice is excellent – clear and comprehensive. They have a great selection. And I highly recommend taking advantage of the foot measurement and gait analysis, especially if you're a beginner. I'm extremely satisfied, and a huge thank you and much praise to the friendly staff.

A good selection that isn't overwhelming. The range could have benefited from a slightly larger store space, but it's still very nicely presented. Anyone looking for good, well-fitting running shoes will receive excellent advice. They use modern technology and take the time to give individual attention to each customer. It's great to have a shop like this in Herrenberg :)
