From scheduling the appointment to handling the repair (including the goodwill claim), I was very satisfied. The initial bike inspection by the workshop was particularly competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. My only criticism is that the flat fee for communication with Specialized seemed a bit steep.

Everything was perfect, as always. I was out riding my mountain bike in the Schönbuch forest... I had a minor fall... the derailleur hanger was bent. One quick phone call, and I was able to go straight over. The derailleur hanger was straightened, and I was off again. I also had some issues with the bike's riding position. They took more time than I expected, measured everything precisely, and even gave me three saddles to try. Now everything is OK, and I can cycle without any pain. That's what I call service... thank you so much for your support, keep it up!

The warranty processes and goodwill policies of the manufacturer Specialized have been reported on here in sufficient detail – they are unacceptable for a premium manufacturer. However, the people I dealt with in the shop itself were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Overall, together we made the best of an unsatisfactory situation.

0 stars is unfortunately not possible – as Can Bora wrote 10 months ago, I had the same experience with my Specialized e-bike a few weeks ago. The repair claim was that the motor (2200 km mileage) needed to be completely replaced. The price was €1200. After some research, Specialized told me that the dealer could get the motor for less through crash replacement. When I asked the dealer why they hadn't tried that, I just got the cheeky response that I hadn't ordered it... I then picked up my bike and took it to another Specialized dealer in FDS. They replaced the belt, and the whole thing cost me €170. Since I'm not the first person to have this exact same thing happen to them, I think it's safe to assume this is a scam... A pretty disappointing experience. I waited a few weeks to write this review because I wanted to test the bike for a while first – everything works great again!

Nice store in the middle of a small town, but the staff was not very motivated unless you are a very serious cyclist. Not the best venue for casual bike shopping, and the store is too packed with stuff

Super friendly staff filled with guys that actually ride and know about riding. The store is well stocked and can get you parts that you want or need quick and easy. One of my favorite stores for all of my bike needs. Highly recommended.

Great product selection and great service. Highly recommended if you are looking for a Specialized store in the greater Stuttgart area or you just look for a great bike store. I got one of those new Levo bikes, which I can highly recommend as well.

Great looking store with everything that Specialized offers tucked away near Herrenberg. Unfortunately, I was not there to buy a McLaren Venge or new Tarmac, but if I was, they have all of it. I simply needed some tubes and a water bottle, and they had that too. Staff was friendly and helpful without being overwhelming.
