I bought a diving mask in this shop and wanted to return it the very next day. The owner refused the return, citing "hygienic reasons," which makes absolutely no sense to me. Customers were allowed to try on several diving masks in the shop. If that's permitted from a hygiene standpoint, I don't understand why an unused mask wouldn't be accepted for return the next day. It seems to me they simply didn't want to give me a refund. Very disappointing and not customer-friendly at all. I won't be shopping there again.

I always enjoy going to Action Sport Rainbow Divers! Andi's advice is simply top-notch – competent, honest, and personalized. Even when the shop is packed, he takes the time to find the best solution. I've bought almost all of my diving gear based on Andi's recommendations – and it's always been the right decision. My Scubapro Hydros Pro BCD is one of my absolute favorite pieces of equipment. The Seawing Nova fins and the Tusa Freedom HD mask were also perfect choices. You can tell that Andi is a passionate diver himself and knows what's important. I also completed my entire training, from Open Water Diver to Advanced Open Water Diver, including specialty courses like navigation, mountain lake diving, night diving, and React Right, through the shop. The courses are superbly organized, practical, and a lot of fun. I regularly bring my equipment to the shop for servicing – and I know that everything is done thoroughly and professionally. And if it takes an extra day, I'm happy to accept that – quality has its price, and above all, its time. I also take my equipment to the shop regularly for servicing. A clear recommendation for anyone wanting to get into diving or have their equipment professionally serviced! Reiner Müller

In March!!!! I took my HPA bottle to the MOT, heard nothing for months, and repeatedly sent emails with no response. They promise in their calls that everything will be taken care of and that they'll give me a response. Again, nothing happens. I was there today, "just got back, unfortunately, no MOT possible at the moment." Are you serious??? Poor communication is almost impossible, no apology, nothing. First contact with this shop, never again. Edit to the owner's response: We had only one phone call, but that's far from multiple. Not responding to emails after that, or even picking up the phone to call a customer who's been waiting for a result for several months!!, is disappointing. And then not taking responsibility and blaming the customer or others is beyond cheeky. Reacting like that to a bad review is beyond weak. I wish you a wonderful life.

Unfortunately, we can't do anything about TÜV's work – if they can't currently inspect carbon fiber cylinders. We've contacted the customer several times, including by phone, and even offered him a loaner cylinder – which he declined – there's nothing more we can do.

The dive shop is very well-stocked and the advice is professional. Andi himself services the regulators, which is a huge plus in terms of quality. It's our go-to dive shop! Whatever we need, Andi's got it 😎

I'm extremely satisfied. My regulator was serviced, my leaking Aqualung 3i BCD was repaired, and I received excellent advice. I'll be back.

Disaster! Never again! I bought a dive computer at a diving trade show in mid-September (so 1.5 months ago) with the promise that it would be delivered later. I'm still waiting in vain. I've written multiple emails and called 14 times – nothing. No message, no callback, no package. I'm furious! Never again!

My call for help regarding my malfunctioning Cressi GIOTTO dive computer was answered immediately, and the repair was carried out promptly and free of charge. And all this even though I'm not a customer. Which, of course, will now change. Very competent and extremely friendly. Thank you.
