Simply excellent service, always friendly, they only do what's necessary. The price is also reasonable, and they even offer you a loaner bike without you having to ask. Highly recommended.

Excellent advice, simply competent. They take their time with the customer. I was unsure which bike to choose. Mr. Epple then optimized a test bike to my specifications and told me to take it home and ride it for a few days to test it out. Where else can you find something like that? I then bought it and am finally enjoying riding again. Therefore, I highly recommend Radhaus Ilsfeld.

Both the advice I received during the purchase and the service were first-class. My broken bike was repaired within a short time. Since major repairs were necessary, I was contacted briefly to see if the higher cost was acceptable. In addition, many small things were repaired that weren't part of the order or invoice. Thank you very much, and keep up the good work!

I took my 3-year-old son's bicycle to the repair shop because of a brake problem. The employee wasn't unfriendly, but he was very clear from the start: for him, the repair wasn't worth it. He said the work would cost at least €100 and he couldn't guarantee that the problem would be fixed. He also said he didn't have time for it at the moment. In the end, I went to another bike shop that promised to repair the bicycle within two days. It's disappointing to experience such a lack of commitment to a clearly solvable problem.

Very professional and super friendly! The classic: On a mountain bike tour with friends, the seat post cable broke late Friday afternoon. Even though my bike wasn't their own brand, I received quick and very competent help at a fair price. My highlight of the year—this could be a benchmark for others!

I wanted to show them a problem with the gears just before closing time and schedule an appointment for repair. Mr. Epple quickly removed the rear wheel, disassembled the mechanism, reassembled everything, and adjusted it so that everything is working until the final repair. Oh, and the Cube wasn't purchased there. Thank you, great service!

Today I went to look for my son's (3 years old) first bicycle. The owner gave us really good advice and let us try out several bikes. Not for a second did we feel pressured to make a sale, but rather that we were getting good advice. In the end, we decided to wait a few more months until he's grown a bit and can practice on his balance bike.

The best bike shop I know. I've been a customer at Radhaus Ilsfeld for a long time and have never been disappointed. The entire team always provides very competent and friendly advice, even after hours if the situation warrants. Special requests are also handled easily and professionally. Extensive test rides are also available upon request, which makes the purchase decision much easier. I can wholeheartedly recommend Radhaus Ilsfeld.

We arrived with a flat tire just before closing time. Despite the many customers, the bike was repaired immediately, and our child was happily able to ride again without having to be without his bike for long. We really appreciated their spontaneity and courteous approach.

I have five bikes, ranging from a triathlon racer to a full-suspension mountain bike. The sales staff is very competent, and the service is even better. Prices are reasonable. There are slightly longer waiting times in the summer, so I take my bike in for servicing in the fall and winter. In 2023, we also bought two gravel bikes. Completely satisfied.
