Benjamin and Rebecca were very dedicated and friendly during the bike fitting. However, after modifying the stem, they didn't give me the spacer I now need to revert the modification, and I also didn't receive the body measurement data as promised. They haven't responded to my emails or WhatsApp messages for weeks. Very disappointing...

Arrogant owner, very high and mighty. Treats customers like supplicants. Visits to the shop are by appointment only... no one answers the phone, everything is done by email. His motto seems to be, "When I open the door, the money will come pouring in." Customers are more of a nuisance. Imaginative prices for inspections and spare parts. Apparently hasn't noticed any changes in the market. If you think you'll find something special here, go ahead and buy it.

We first became aware of RadMoment through their coffee trailer. Serving espresso or cappuccino from a portafilter machine in the middle of the woods (in sub-zero temperatures and snow!)? That must be the work of enthusiasts with a knack for technology. We then chatted with the RadMoment team and found their concept intriguing: getting a completely personalized bike with comprehensive service. RadMoment isn't a traditional bike shop, but focuses on providing service for sourcing, customization/bike fitting, and maintenance. Like everything else, this service isn't free, but the costs are transparently itemized – unlike traditional bike shops where they're subsidized through sales margins. The need to stock bikes and later sell them off at discounts is also eliminated, as the bikes are ordered in consultation with the customer. In times of volatile bike markets, which can be a threat to the survival of some retailers, this approach is probably a smart one. We recently purchased a mountain bike, including a bike fitting, through RadMoment and also had two existing bikes adjusted. We received excellent and comprehensive advice. Consultations are by appointment, allowing for a relaxed and uninterrupted focus on each customer. This significantly reduces the risk of choosing the wrong bike, as geometry data is recorded and component preferences are discussed before ordering. After delivery, all position-relevant components are fine-tuned. In addition to bike fitting, we also receive exercises to correct, for example, asymmetrical posture or reduce limited mobility. In conclusion: our family is passionate about cycling; some of us have been riding for many years in various categories (road, mountain, gravel), and we've even built and adjusted bikes ourselves – so we have some experience. But RadMoment is in a different league, we readily admit that 😅. It's incredible how much the bike fitting has improved efficiency and comfort, and how pain we previously accepted as unavoidable has disappeared. Why didn't we do this much sooner? Even minor teething problems with the bike, caused by the manufacturer's assembly errors, were quickly and efficiently resolved. We are very satisfied and highly recommend RadMoment. Whether the concept suits you is a personal decision. If it does, you're definitely in very good and competent hands here.

Very disappointed with the service. Sent the bike for service (89 euros) and said the brakes were strange that might need a brake bleed(they charge 25 Euros front + 25 euros rear, not included in the revision service. Bike came back with gears indexed and regrease, no creaking noise but brake still terrible. Complained, made another appoitment ( by then was 2 weeks not riding the bike already). They "checked" again and returned the bike still with brake problems.i complained again, no answer. I decided to take matter to my own hands and check the brake. It turns out two pistons from the caliper werent moving at all. What kind of revision/service is that, that they didnt notice that. My advice here, bad customer service, really expensive, not specialised people.

Very friendly staff. Good repair, but expensive and not reachable by phone. Only reachable by email. No retail store. Everything is by appointment only. You can't just drop in for minor bike defects. One week wait time for the inspection. The inspection took 4 days, the base fee for the inspection was €129. There was always an additional charge for brake adjustments, spoke changes, etc. €25 each. A shame!

Appointments for maintenance/repairs are only available online. Okay, fine by me. I made an appointment for a brake check. It was declined because they had no available capacity. And they won't be offering any in the future either... someone's clearly complacent and only picking the best clients?! I'll be avoiding this place in the future.

Too expensive, no selection, so incredibly customer-unfriendly, everything online, they'll soon be doing repairs online too. No accessories to buy, nothing to touch – it's a shop for the super-rich. Their website is a disaster, repair appointment several weeks away – that was my cycling moment. Never again. There are other shops that will take my money. I've never experienced such a self-important and arrogant shop. You only ever see them on YouTube sipping coffee. Seriously.

The best bike shop in the area. I've had all sorts of needs there, from servicing and repairs to modifications on my mountain bike and road bike, and I've always received top-quality work. Matthias from the shop is not only a competent mechanic but also a friendly guy who gives great advice and has helpful tips. The friendly ladies in the shop are also very helpful and keep you updated if there are any delivery issues with parts or when your bike is ready.

The consultation is simply amazing. You get a complete measurement and proper adjustments so you can ride your bike comfortably and healthily. I bought my e-bike there. I'm very happy with it. Having fun biking is definitely the top priority here. The service is 5 stars plus. 👍 The staff are very knowledgeable about all things bike-related and always take plenty of time for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Radmoment. 👍🙃

Small shop with great advice. After my in-person consultation, I realized what I'd been missing with my previous bike purchases and I highly recommend making an appointment here! The advice and test rides you get in person are something no online purchase can offer! A big thank you to the Radmoment team!
