I took my gravel bike here for a service and was very satisfied. The staff were incredibly friendly and competent, and the advice was honest and customer-oriented. You feel well taken care of here – highly recommended!

Absolutely not recommended. They don't even recognize a warranty claim. It really couldn't be worse. And what's even worse, the repair only lasted three months. I had to have it properly fixed again at a different garage. They don't even deserve one star.

Without this information, we were unfortunately unable to process the repair as a warranty claim, so it was carried out as a regular workshop order.<br><br>The identified defects (cables and speed sensor) were discussed with you by phone beforehand and subsequently repaired professionally. Upon collection, a calm, objective discussion on-site was unfortunately not possible – similar to our subsequent written exchange. Therefore, a personal explanation of the work and the handover of the invoice could not take place; this was sent to you afterward by email.<br><br>You did not have the opportunity to contact us again or to have the work reviewed or rectified. The repair you mentioned at another workshop was therefore carried out without prior consultation with us.<br><br><br>Then, you had no further opportunity to contact us or to have the work reviewed or rectified. This was my first time at Cycle Service, and I found them to be a competent workshop. They showed me every step of the repair process, and all my questions were answered clearly and thoroughly. They also provided me with a cost estimate without me having to ask, which is unusual for me, as it offers some peace of mind regarding price surprises. It's also great when the quoted price and the final invoice match. I can therefore recommend this team without hesitation.

Cycle Service is a small, new, and generally friendly bike repair shop. Contact was always very friendly and cooperative. These are values ​​that are important to me, and I prefer small, local shops to the usual big suspects. Unfortunately, the process with the JobRad insurance and subsequent repair took a good five weeks, significantly longer than expected. Furthermore, the quality of the work performed was neither technically nor functionally satisfactory, which required me to make improvements. The owner immediately apologized for the unfortunate situation and made every effort to resolve it quickly, even though I didn't use it again. Nevertheless, it was a good move, and I hope this was and remains an isolated incident. I wish you continued success!

It was my first time at Cycle Service, but certainly not the last. Absolutely courteous and competent service. You feel like you're in good hands and receiving good advice. Simon takes his time and answers all questions very professionally. It's not exactly cheap, but good service simply costs money. Thumbs up.
