Honestly, I've rarely seen such an experienced professional with such excellent service. Mr. Kaufmann does his work very professionally and conscientiously; he has a great deal of expertise! I can highly recommend Fahrrad Kaufmann, and for me, there's only one other place I'll entrust with working on my bicycle. I called to schedule an appointment to have my e-bike and mountain bike adjusted. I was treated very rudely. The service was unfriendly and unfriendly. I decided to call this establishment because of its good reviews, but… the reality was quite different. I couldn't believe it; I felt like I owed the man who helped me something. He never offered any solutions, always finding fault. He dismissed the idea of ​​repairing a Rockrider (Decathlon) bike simply because of the brand. I don't know the shop, I don't know the man, and my opinion is based on experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.

Karl Kaufmann got my e-bike running again to my complete satisfaction after an engine failure last year, even though I didn't buy it from him. I will definitely take my bike to him if I have any problems or need it serviced. The price and performance are excellent.
