I'm afraid I don't understand the recent negative reviews. I bought ski pants and gloves here two weeks ago. The selection wasn't as good, but that's because the season is ending, so I completely understand. The service was excellent, in my opinion, which is why I bought both items. On another day, I got advice on ski helmets and goggles. That service was also excellent; all my questions were answered perfectly. I also disagree with the negative reviews about the customer service in the store. I was always greeted warmly, and I've been to Räpple at least four times in the last four to six weeks.

Excellent selection and top-notch advice. The saleswoman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Finding the perfect pair of outdoor trousers took less than fifteen minutes.

Friendly advice, but the selection didn't convince me. If there's already a bouldering gym here in Kirchheim, I expect the local sports shop to stock the appropriate equipment for this sport. In the end, I had to order online again. A shame.

Great experience! Really nice sports shop and very friendly staff! I bought Reebok shoes that ripped on the side after 6 months! I received new ones immediately!

I popped into the store just before closing time to buy running shoes. The friendly young sales assistant still took the time to do a running shoe analysis. We quickly found the perfect shoe for me. Great! 👍 I'll definitely be back! ☺️

My shopping experience in Kirchheim was fantastic! Mr. Roth gave me excellent advice on running shoes. I ended up buying two different models. The clothing advice was also spot on. Even the mechanic helped out and got the missing items from the warehouse. I'd gladly shop there again.

The service was good, and my questions about the product were answered politely and competently. I was a little worried that I would be paying a large price markup compared to online retailers, but it was moderate and therefore perfectly acceptable. My only complaint was the limited selection of the product I wanted (a children's snowsuit), which I found a bit disappointing in winter. Sales assistants receive a commission, which I think is fair, but it's something to be aware of.

I arrived just before closing time to buy hiking boots... Despite the late hour, I received excellent service, without any rush. Everything was shown to me and my questions were answered competently... I was very pleasantly surprised. The prices are also very reasonable. I'll gladly come back... I felt very comfortable. Have a wonderful, well-deserved evening! 😃
