I went there and received very quick and excellent help. First, they lent me an air pump. It turned out that the rear tire inner tube was damaged and wasn't holding air. They replaced it and also renewed a spoke, all within a single day. The price was also reasonable.

I came across this workshop because of the good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I wanted to have my bicycle spokes tightened because they were rattling while I was riding. We agreed on a price of €10 before the repair, but when I picked up the bike, the price was €26, and the spokes were still rattling. I ended up buying a spoke wrench myself and was able to fix the problem in about 10 minutes. I don't think anything was actually repaired on my bike, but I was charged more than half of the agreed price. That's not what I call service.

You called and asked about the cost of checking the spoke tension, and that's what you're referring to.<br><br>When we took your bike in, we found that all the spokes had far too little tension. We tightened the spokes and trued the wheel. Also, there's a motor in your rear wheel. Therefore, €26 for this repair is reasonable, even inexpensive.<br><br>We generally offer a warranty on our work. If you're not satisfied, we're always happy to talk to you. Excellent and friendly service! My broken bicycle chain was replaced there within just 3 hours at an incredibly reasonable price! Several bike shops showed no interest whatsoever! Two bike shops even tried to sell me a new bike! I can highly recommend the Radstation (bike repair shop) in Kirchheim-Teck – a social enterprise called Neue Heimat!

Excellent! They do more and better for the agreed price than elsewhere! Highly recommended! I just couldn't find the food!!? 18.2.22: Despite staff shortages, still super service! They do more and without the requested extra charge!! Still haven't received any food! Who wrote that rubbish!!

A really great team, nice, friendly, and always helpful, and at fair prices. It's incredibly convenient to have both secure bike storage and bike repair services right at the train station.
