I took my overlock machine to Mr. Zaiser because it was defective. He took a closer look at the sewing machine and fixed the problem. Everything was done within a week, and since it was under warranty, it didn't cost me anything. Good, reliable, and friendly service—what more could you ask for! Thank you!!

There are still competent bike shops out there that can fix a bike's problem on the first try. Unfortunately, that's rare these days. A true expert who knows his craft works here. The problem is explained and an appointment is made -> the bike is brought over -> the bike is picked up and repaired to our complete satisfaction. Everything is explained clearly and the prices are fair. From now on, we'll only bring our bikes to Radsport Haspel.

Super nice shopkeeper, he repaired my flat bike tire right away and was very kind, and even offered me a coffee. I would have liked to give him more stars, as you don't get that kind of thing these days. Very, very nice shopkeeper 👌👍👌👍👌👍

The bike shop in Köngen! The owner shines with expertise and friendliness. Minor repairs are handled quickly and easily. Even after your purchase, you're not left on your own. Once you've shopped at Radsport Haspel, you'll always want to shop at Radsport Haspel!

Unfortunately, all individual requests are rejected. So I bled my brakes myself... I can't agree with this attitude!
