I've never experienced anything like this. I accidentally went to the wrong bike shop. I arrived at the agreed time and went to the wrong one. After the owner called, I headed straight there. He simply told me I'd have to leave the bike there, as he couldn't repair it immediately because I was too late. When I arrived, I rang the bell, missed the "please enter" sign, and was greeted incredibly rudely. He said he'd had to put his tools away because of me. He was so incredibly unfriendly and insulting, asking if I couldn't read. I apologized several times, but he didn't care. Then he just turned around and left me standing there. There's absolutely no humanity here! "The customer is king" is clearly not a concept. Instead, you're treated very rudely. I absolutely cannot recommend this shop.

Last week, I was able to bring my bike to his workshop after making an appointment by phone. Mr. Brenner listened to my needs and discussed his approach with me. I was able to pick up the bike today. Fast service, very clean work, and an inspection and check for irregularities. So, I handed over a rather battered e-bike and got back a technically sound e-bike. The following parts were replaced: ➖New cassette; ➖Gear shifting cable; ➖Tire balancing; ➖New seat post; ➖New pinion; ➖Clutch tightening; ➖Software check (updates/error reading) ➖New chain; ➖Replacement of screws; ➖Brake adjustment; See you again after 5,000 km. Technical 1+

Technical expertise and years of experience are essential when it comes to bikes. Anyone can try to tinker with them. But he doesn't just repair e-bikes. My gravel bike has been purring along today with a new bottom bracket and chain. He only uses original or top-quality tools in his workshop.

Who hasn't heard the saying, "If you love your bike, you push it"? Yeah, right! Anyone who knows Mr. Brenner never pushes their bike! Thank you, Mr. Brenner, for your advice and support; those who push their bikes only have themselves to blame! 🤭🤭🤭

Mr. Brenner unpacked the TENWAY e-bike I ordered online, then quickly and carefully assembled it using his expertise, checked everything, and got it up and running. He even demonstrated the functions for me when I picked it up. He also adjusted the seat height to the correct height. Thanks again, I'll definitely be back.

First class! I received help without an appointment, and the staff were friendly and highly competent. They breathed new life into my old bike! ❤ No, I didn't buy my bike there, and it's quite used, but I felt completely at ease, and my bike is like new!!! And the price was really great! 👍 Excellent!
