I brought my e-bike here for a service. Even though I bought it elsewhere, I received a very friendly welcome. The annoying clicking noise was fixed, the service was completed in just two days, and the price was absolutely fair. Everything is great again – I'll gladly come back!

I got a fantastic bicycle from Mr. Günthner at a great price. Despite my spontaneous visit, he took the time to adjust the handlebars to my needs and was very friendly and personable.

I've had my company bikes serviced here four times, and I'm completely satisfied. There are no unnecessary extra charges, and any major or minor work outside of the service is, in my opinion, carried out properly at a fair price. The only drawback is that there are no bike racks in front of the shop. Otherwise, everything's great.

A great guy who's very knowledgeable and has always helped us, as long-time New Zealand cyclists. A great person and expert, highly recommended!

I've now had my e-bike and my husband's inspected twice. The work was flawless, the service very friendly, and the price/performance ratio is excellent. We'll gladly come back.

Highly competent advice and friendly service. I had my older bike serviced there – highly recommended. Price/performance ratio is absolutely fine. I would gladly use them again.

Not exactly friendly, but the worst part is that the guy seems to be hoping customers aren't aware of the prices. I find it outrageous to sell bikes for more than the manufacturer's suggested retail price. A current example in the shop window is a Cube Crossrace Pro gravel bike for €1649. Cube's suggested retail price is €1599. On top of that, it's a 2022 model from last year, and even the 2023 successor model is already being sold for €1299 in some places, even by small shops. I'm also someone who prefers to support small shops rather than the big chains. But unfortunately, this is a rip-off for the customer. A few months ago, I noticed another bike, but I thought it was a mistake.

There were no bike racks at the store, and no streetlight to lock my bike, so I simply took it inside. The salesperson behind the counter greeted me unfriendly: "Those damn things really should stay outside!" What he meant by that: My Canyon bike, which is sold directly on the Canyon website and not through intermediaries/bike shops. This obviously triggered the salesperson quite a bit. The tube I wanted wasn't available. Only a small selection of Schwalbe. My conclusion: Retail is destroying itself with this kind of behavior. You want to support small, local businesses, and then you have to listen to this kind of thing. Next time, I'll just order online again.

I had my JobRad e-bike serviced. Everything went smoothly, quickly, and with a friendly attitude, and the bike was very well maintained.

The e-bike inspection, including the update and data readout, was fine. What dampened the positive impression was that the tires had to be inflated at home (they were returned at 1.8 bar). If the tires weren't even inflated to the correct pressure during an inspection (which isn't free), I wonder if all the other checks were also carried out rather laxly—what a shame!
