I had my E-SPRESSO SPORT in for repair due to some issues. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I discussed everything with them when I dropped them off, and that's exactly how it was done – no unnecessary repairs, quite the opposite, in fact. I received excellent advice and recommendations. Getting an appointment at short notice was no problem either. Many thanks to the team! :-) Top service.

I had a service appointment at Fahrradoase (Bike Oasis). The staff were very friendly, and I got an appointment the same day. I dropped it off and picked it up the next day, ready to go. The whole process was flawless. I received excellent advice. Very satisfied. Thank you, Fahrradoase team.

The Fahrradoase is absolutely fantastic! The explanations are always clear and understandable, and the service for repairs and maintenance is first-class. Everyone has a golden touch for their work – the results are always excellent! My gear shift, for example, has never been adjusted as precisely as here. Compared to other workshops, the difference is enormous. You can clearly see that a lot of love and expertise go into the work here. All the employees are very friendly and nice. I would give them 1,000 stars if that were possible! It's great that you exist. Best regards

I've been there twice now and received a warm welcome both times. When I spontaneously wanted to buy a cell phone mount last Saturday, they took a lot of time for me, installing the mount on-site and inflating my tires. When I reported problems with my speedometer, they took care of that, too. I'm completely satisfied and can recommend this bike shop to anyone :)

We visited Fahrradoase Kornwestheim again today. And it was fantastic, as always. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided excellent advice down to the smallest detail. They took their time and were very helpful. We bought two e-bikes right away. Fahrradoase is highly recommended. Thank you! 😍🙋‍♂️

I was able to drop my bike off for repair immediately and pick it up again the next day. Very friendly staff and absolutely fair prices. From now on, this will be my go-to shop for all my bike needs.
