A really great shop with truly wonderful staff. Service is still a top priority here, and you feel like you're visiting family. They don't try to push anything on you that you don't want, because their priority isn't sales; the customer is more important to them.

The frame lock on my folding bike broke during transport in the car. After calling every bike shop in the area without success in getting a replacement part on short notice (they were all very helpful 👍🏻☺️), I tried here by phone shortly before closing time. And what can I say—the customer service I experienced here was unparalleled. I was able to walk in right away (it was already a few minutes after 6:00 PM) and received immediate, professional help. I have a lock and can use the bike again. They couldn't tell me the price for the part—I simply paid what I thought was reasonable for such exceptional assistance. I'm still thrilled. THANK YOU!

I received help with my bike problem. During the test ride in front of the shop, everything was fine. After the problem recurred after a few kilometers, it was inspected again and finally fixed.

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best bike shop around! 🚴‍♂️ My dad has been a regular customer here for decades, and now I've experienced firsthand why. During the lease on my Radon Render 8, I unfortunately had to go to the authorized dealer – the result: countless problems over three years. The bike was there for more than a year in total and never got properly set up (even the sprocket was incorrectly installed and illegally glued on). Now that my company bike lease has expired, I bought out the e-bike and could finally switch. So, I went straight to Zweiradsport Luithardt with my dad – and what can I say? After just one day and for a fair €110, my bike was better than ever! 💯 You hardly ever find this kind of expertise, reliability, and honesty these days. If there were more than 5 stars, I'd give them all immediately. For me, this is by far the most trustworthy and best bike shop ever. If you're looking for a good bike shop: go to him! ⸻

After an accident that was my own fault, the bike was repaired the same day, and I was able to ride again. They even replaced or added a few extra parts upon request. This is more than just good service—it's very, very commendable! Many thanks to the mechanics and service staff.

Excellent service!! I had a fall from my bike and needed help at short notice. Even though the team was already fully booked, they still took me in, and I was able to pick up my bike on Luithardts' last working day so I could even take it on my own holiday. I feel very well taken care of and advised by you! Keep up the good work!!

I had left the bike for a regular service, (adjust brakes and gear). They have a done a great job on repairing the bike, but even better job on emptying my pockets. They replaced a tire without asking me and they have mounted a tire which i would never put on my bike. Now I am forced to pay for the tire and the mounting charges. Meanwhile here I am back home buying a different tire and mounting it again.
