Beautiful showroom with expert advice and a good selection. Clothing and accessories can be tried on there. For fittings/consultations, an appointment must be made by phone in advance.

I've been a customer of Allstar since I started fencing. I'm very satisfied with the service. Enzo, in particular, goes to great lengths to fulfill customer requests. I've also had nothing but positive experiences with Ms. Henne. Minor glitches are annoying, but who's perfect?

Never again Allstar! I ordered fencing equipment worth several hundred euros for a tournament. I placed the order well in advance, more than a month before the tournament. After ordering everything through their website, I assumed I would be contacted if there were any problems. I received no message and waited for my package, which simply never arrived. After two weeks, I contacted Allstar by phone and only then did I learn that, two weeks after my order, they only had three of the nine items available. Had I known this from the beginning, I would have ordered from a different supplier. When I called again later to arrange a partial delivery, the customer service representative wasn't very helpful and I got the feeling she was annoyed with me. Only after I mentioned canceling the entire order did she become more friendly, and we agreed on a partial delivery. I ordered the items I didn't receive with the partial delivery from another supplier and received them without any problems within three days. All in all, a very bad experience with Allstar. I would not recommend this supplier and I would not order from them again.
