They were punctual with my bike although I had no appointment. They truly care about the service and didn't do more than what was needed. Staff has been friendly and courteous even if my German needs work. Now I'm back on the trails...when it isn't raining as heavily!

Had a very good experience today! Three days away from starting a long tour and in a rush to get components fixed on my bike. I have never been comfortable on my saddle for more than a few hours but Stephan was very knowledgeable and took his time to fix my problem. Such a comfy saddle. Also needed new chain and cassette which he had in stock and would change for me outside of hours as they were so busy and I am on a tight time schedule. Really bent over backwards to help today, I would highly recommend.

After rocking up with my 30 year old tourer Stephan bent over backwards to get it ready for riding back to the UK, made especially difficult by having to source obsolete components. I couldn't ask for better service.

Every time I go there, the staff was very non- caring for my needs. If u have a simple fix, they look at your bake as if it's not good enough. I never meet a shop owner who didn't want to make money. Needed a simple refreshing of my brakes, on a 1500€ bike (cheap) and he said the next appt would be in August. What was even more crazy was he proceeded to tell me that every shop in Stuttgart was full. I replied, "well I will check, for myself". Piss poor, snobby, shop.

Best bike shop I've ever been to. I've been cycling for 20 years and my wife and I just moved here and wanted to look into mountain biking. Stephan went over the basics with us and let us test ride multiple bikes. He made honest recommendations and got us fitted for 2 intro mountain bikes. These guys are great and truly care about the customer. I will come here for all my cycling needs as long as I'm in stuttgart!

When in Stuttgart recently we went to this shop for some help with our bikes. The staff were courteous and very helpful. They had a large range of tempting bikes as well!! They sorted out our problems very quickly and their customer service was excellent. The shop is also conveniently located near Stuttgart airport.
