This workshop is very picky; they're so picky that they insist on doing the job if the customer threatens them. They simply refuse to convert to tubeless tires. Why? "It's a disgrace." I had a flat tire in the mountains and needed the spare tube; now I want to go back to tubeless, like it was originally. I've heard bad things about this place, I've given them a chance several times, but now I've been burned too. It's a shame they're allowed to call themselves a workshop.

Hello,<br><br>Thank you for your feedback, even though you gave us a negative review.<br><br>I think the facts and your choice of words speak for themselves; anyone reading this can draw their own conclusions.<br><br>It's very surprising that you rated us so poorly, even though we didn't do a bad job at all ;-).<br><br>And ultimately, it's still our right to decline offers and requests if we can't carry out the requested work with our usual diligence. My colleague explained that to you as well.<br><br>And tubeless tire mounting definitely falls into that category. It's requested so rarely (I wonder why? Because less than 1% of cyclists use it!), and practically every time we did do it, there was trouble afterward because customers projected their dissatisfaction with the everyday reliability onto us. That's why we've decided not to offer it in the future.<br><br>We can only advise everyone to carefully consider whether tubeless systems make sense for their own use or not; the disadvantages usually outweigh the small advantages. I'm very satisfied. The owner quickly fitted a tire for me just before closing time, even though it was difficult to put on. A few days later, I noticed a creaking noise in the bottom bracket. This problem was also solved with two new pedals. Thumbs up, excellent service!

I bought a used e-bike there. Unfortunately, the display wasn't screwed in, and no one even told me I had to remove it (since I had no idea how to do that on an e-bike). As a result, the display was stolen, costing me €150!

Hello,<br><br>Thank you for your feedback.<br><br>Yes, it's possible we didn't explicitly mention that the display is removable; we're not entirely sure. However, we did provide you with the user manual and a standard introduction to the bike, as we do with all our bicycles when we hand them over to customers.<br><br>To mitigate your loss somewhat, the workshop employee performed a minor service on your bike free of charge. We only charged you €129 for the display!<br><br>You were welcome to express your frustration here. October 24, 2025: I went there anonymously without an appointment due to brake problems. I was prepared for a costly repair that would take several days. What happened: Immediate, free repair and advice. The fact that such services still exist today has prompted me, for once, to write a Google review.

MY HEROES I really needed my e-bike right now, and a gust of wind knocked it over and damaged it slightly—unfortunately, the gears stopped working and the mudguard was rubbing. So I couldn't use it. The team was so kind and quickly took care of the minor damage. Thank you so much, you're my heroes!

Well, what can I say about it? ✍️ I took my mountain bike there for the first time. The bill was perfectly reasonable. They also explained in detail what had been repaired on the bike. My first impression was quite satisfactory. I can only judge everything else after the first ride. The staff's service was absolutely fine. 👌 Update after the first ride, after the bike came back from the workshop: Today, January 18, 2023, in the snow. Overall, I have to say I'm satisfied. The only thing that was a bit stiff was the shifting in the higher gears. But that could also be because the bike was icy in places.

I am very happy with the service that I received here. It is tucked away off the main street, however that provides a great place to do test rides. They were open in honest when reviewing a tadpole trike that I wanted to order. They showed me several features and explained them to me so I could make an educated decision. The price quote went down by over $400 due to removing accessories that I no longer wanted. They also informed me that if I wanted them later, they could order and install them. This is also the only shop in the area that I could find tadpole trikes and accessories for them.

I've bought three bikes from 's Rädle in the last six years, not because they don't last, but because they're so good. And it's not just the bikes, the team of three at 's Rädle is good, very good! Honest, competent advice, they listen to the customer, accommodate their wishes as much as possible, and above all, they don't try to push anything on me. And I've always been able to test ride every bike before making a purchase decision. I feel very well taken care of here, especially regarding my bikes from velotraum and Riese & Müller.
