I had my S-MTB e-bike here for a comprehensive service. Many things were wrong with my bike: the gears weren't working properly, the tires were cracked and worn, the brakes were wearing unevenly, the battery was stuck, etc. Georg thoroughly examined the bike, repaired everything, replaced the necessary parts, and kept me informed throughout the service, explaining what still needed to be done and documenting it with photos in his emails. I have to say, I've never experienced such competent and customer-friendly service. A definite 5-star recommendation!

We were looking for a Commencal Meta. And found it here. We only had contact via email. This contact was always friendly and responded quickly. The Commencal is through bike leasing, which also worked smoothly. From the initial contact to delivery, everything went smoothly and without any hassle! Thank you very much!

Amazing shop and staff!! I ordered a bike through JobRad and they told me it would take about two weeks... it arrived after only seven days, so everything was super fast and easy!

Incredibly good! After picking it up, we went straight to Finale Ligure. Simply awesome! The whole setup was already so perfect that no changes were really necessary. A stunningly beautiful bike! The process was incredibly smooth, especially since we had a long journey and picked it up while passing through, so we arrived quite late. The owner is a super friendly guy; you could talk to him for hours about bikes and suspension without it getting boring. He handled everything super quickly and was very flexible. Many thanks again! Definitely worth a visit, we'll definitely be back! 💪🏼

Great service. The bike ordering went very smooth and Georg was very responsive and helpful all the way. I highly recommend the shop If you are looking for a Commencal bike or any of the other special brands they have.

I finally wanted to buy a Commencal Meta through bike leasing. Unfortunately, the Meta I want isn't officially available for purchase. Leasing isn't available from Commencal itself either. That's how I came across DG Performance for Bikes. Georg was immediately friendly and helpful via email. His expertise on bikes, especially Commencal, was immediately apparent. Georg built my bike according to my specifications, ordered all the parts/components, and finally assembled my bike ready for pickup. I can't say much about the bike; it's an absolute dream. Georg did a fantastic job. From the service and advice to the assembly and pickup, everything went smoothly. I can absolutely help Performance for Bikes. I'd use it again anytime.

I ordered a bike from DG Performance for Bikes! A Commencal SUPREME DH V5 SIGNATURE AIR!!! :) I don't need to say much about the bike itself, it's indescribable! But I'd like to comment on the service. From the first email to receiving my new full-suspension bike, this company was there for me! It was very pleasant, and they were able to answer all my questions. I placed my order and received updates every step of the way. I felt secure and confident that I would receive exactly what I expected. The delivery arrived within a week, with tracking and prior notification, and they also met my expectations.
